Their product doesn't work plain and simple! And their no refund policy is ridiculous. They should be reported to the BBB.

I would like to say I was a bout to order purely white deluxe it saying there have special offers one pot for 22 pounds instead of 30 pounds I was going to buy only 1 pod then I filled out my details and luckily I noticed on top of the page quite small righting saying pay 90 pounds I thought that must be mistake I went back to my basket and there was going to charge me for 3 pods then i removed all 3 pods i again clicked only on one in basket was showing 22 pounds with offer but my payment was showing 30 pounds plus delivery so where is the offer?? There isn’t one so really bad advertising and misleading people honestly that’s crazy so i deleted the other straight a way removed all my details can’t trust the company no trust no business im glad i have spotted it be wear and really look it’s on top of the page small righting im letting you all know something isn’t right with these company

No customer phone number is a scam. Order one to try and second one was added. No refunds even after trying first one second can't be returned. Web site to complain is terrible. Where does this even come from?

I'm not sure what happened but when I ordered the Purely White whitening powder, I ordered one pot of the powder, paid via PayPal and thought I was finished. However not one minute later, I received an email saying an additional order had been placed and charged to my PayPal account. I immediately appealed the charge to PayPal and sent a note to Purely White saying there must've been a mistake. However I never received a refund nor an explanation as to why this additional charge was made. I did get two pots but didn't want two. Very frustrated and won't use the company again.

Last night, I was looking for a teeth whitening product and Purely White Deluxe came up as the top product. They had a special offer for one pot of whitening powder for £22.99. I ordered this item but when my payment and order details were confirmed by email, they had made it for the “3 for 2” order costing £60.99 plus £9.99 postage. I immediately sent a message to cancel. I will contact my credit card provider this morning. From reading some reviews here, this company scams customers. Avoid them.

used this product for a month now and have seen no whitening what so ever. i should have read other peoples reviews before wasting my money!

The product didn't deliver any change in the color of my teeth. I used it for 2 months. It came with zero instructions. I had to Google it. Don't waste your money.

I bought this in good faith and after 25 days of use, I was not satisfied with the results. It did not whiten my teeth as advertised. It’s not convenient to use. And I expected more because of their advertisement.

It comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so I contacted purely White to get returned instructions and information but they did not respond for two weeks. When they did respond, they told me I did not qualify for a refund because I bought it during a special promotion nonrefundable time period.

If you buy this product, just know that you are not going to get a refund.

I’ve investigated and there are other consumers that have experienced the same thing as I have and I am convinced you are not going to get a refund if you’re not satisfied with this company.

I placed the online order but never received the item,it's brakes all time frames,In purchase confirmation I was advised for 2 weeks waiting time but it been a more than 3 weeks an I have failed to contact customer service as the email I have sent are not delivered to the provided email address,it looks like it's a froud and I will never receive ordered product, very frustrated 🥴

ordered this product and was hopeful. after only two uses i am so disappointed. not even sure if it works yet but the packaging is horrible. the jar is so tiny it says to dip your toothbrush into it...yeah right! wont even come close. then every time you open the jar powder is everywhere..the jar doesn't seal properly when you screw on the lid so each time you open it youre wasting product that falls out all over the place. for this reason alone i would not recommend it.

How is the Purely White product? I couldn’t say because I never received it! When I reported this to their customer service and shipping company, Jitsu, they each blamed each other and said neither is responsible. I would have thought a replacement order would be sent. Only order from Purely White if you enjoy throwing your money away.

Do not order anything from this company. It’s a load of shite and they put add ons to your order. The powder doesn’t work and I’ve finally got a reply from them asking for a refund on the kit that I didn’t originally want and for the powder that doesn’t work. Guess what they don’t give refunds on flash sale items. They need investigating and closing down as they must be getting a fortune out of people every day

The product simply does not work. I used as directed, with absolutely no whitening effect. Plus, it left my teeth feeling very gritty. I wrote to the company and was told that it's their policy not to give refunds. Well, it's my policy to give bad reviews when they are deserved.

Pure fraud. Emailed support over a month ago and the customer service numbers don't work. Lost 30 dollars oh well. Stay away nothing but a nice website. Product doesn't work.

Ok gents, STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR…. Purely a scam .. I was lured into buying their teeth whitening product and should have done more research.,, their website is nothing but embellished product and their reviews are bullshit…trust your instincts and choose wisely.. btw if you decide to purchase and later decide to get a refund .. well good luck.. not going to happen.. they reference the return policy but it is not disclosed upon purchase .. all it says it guaranteed satisfaction and returns till 30 days… I have now instructed AMEX to get my refund… BUYER BEWARE

This company is a total ripoff! They advertise a-total satisfaction, no questions asked 60 day full refund policy but they will not honor it. i cancelled immediately because I found that every other place including Target was selling it for $19 and they charged $37. They told me they have a no returns accepted policy because I bought the product during a sale. It did not say that it was a flash sale when I bought it. They could at least given a partial refund.

This accept return or correction of order.company uses deceptive business practices. I was shipped too much product and they would not correct order. Customer service is non- existent. Do not order from this company!! Also the order process does not allow you to review before placing order.

So far it's been excellent. The negative reviews are so varied it's difficult to determine validity. The powder is meant to dip a standard oral B electric tooth brush. This far out youngest and I using it. We definitely see results, even after just a week. Great deal, buy2, get 3rd free! Arrived as agreed and without any issues. If you wish to see if there is a change, I strongly recommend one to take pictures every so often, from same angle and lighting. Also, this is a safe whitening system, which means it will not have the abrasive ingredients that others like Crest or colgate white strips have.

Total rip off company. They add items to your orders on their own and if you try to cancel within a minute, they ignore and don't give you a way to stop them from stealing from you. Have used the product for two weeks and it is ineffective at best. Don't waste your money.

First of all the marketing team for this product assumes everybody uses a regular toothbrush it doesn’t show anyone using this product with an electric toothbrush. And maybe that’s because it's problematic
You put your toothpaste on the toothbrush and then you’re to dip all of this into a jar contaminating the powder
Why doesn’t purely white have a little scoop that you could shake on your toothbrush instead of when you open the jar powder goes everywhere
It’s a real shame, and I think they fall short with the way you dispense the powder by dipping your toothbrush in it repeatedly, and the other thing is by not showing the difference between a regular toothbrush and electric because the majority of people I know use electric toothbrushes
I wasted my money. It tastes fine, but it is messy. You cannot use a little spoon and sift it onto your toothbrush and then if you have an electric toothbrush, and you’re putting product on top of toothpaste, you lose most of the product.
