Fantastic !
After seeing Charlie’s videos on Facebook we visited and bought some great products to take on our holiday to keep the dogs entertained. There was so much choice but we bought knuckles and buffalo ears and the dogs loved them! Quality was great and service was fantastic. It’s our place to get our dog treats from now and we look forward to trying more things for our dogs. Looking forward to seeing Charlie’s plans move forward in the future.

Very Satisfied Customer
I ordered Ozzie's favourite frozen raw food on Sunday and Charlie messaged me to check if I would be around for delivery today. I had already made arrangements to go out so I asked him to pop it in my garage for me and left my side gate open. When I got home he had packed it away into my freezer for me, what an absolute star he is, and what superb service.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service! I ordered a couple items for my dogs birthday today and the order was with us by 7pm the same day!
They even sent a birthday card and really sweet text message for our dog, Arthur!
