I had originally gave them 5 stars now only 1 . This comes from China even though it states USA . I tried to cancel and they will not cancel or refund the money. I will not buy or use anything as best as possible from China . I feel that I was mislead by google with the reviews that say Pupdose is the number one product for joint and hips for dogs.
I truly thought I was buying something that was coming from our United States.
Buy from somewhere else is my recommendation.
Now I wish I had purchased Wuffes .
I will be throwing this away. I will not be giving it to my dog. And I thought I was being so diligent on researching this.

Easy to order

Easy to navigate website, and free shipping is great.

They offer a cash back reward if you answer a quick survey. You get to the last question and it tells you to leave a 5 star review on Trustpilot to receive it! All I’ve done so far is placed an order, not received it and certainly haven’t used it! Definitely feels like a con now!

They are very descriptive and helpful with the dosage, how long it takes to see real results and their 60 day guarantee

Quick and easy ordering with an Apple Pay. Product came highly recommended. If it works as well as everyone says it does for my dog, I’ll likely take advantage of BOGO or subscription offerings to save on multiple items.

Ordering was super easy and hassle free. It's convenient in CAD too. haven't received the product yet, but will update this to comment on its effectiveness in end of August.

Still brand new to this product have it on order can’t wait to try it. Fingers crossed it works.

They are not clear that when you make a purchase, you are automatically enrolled in a subscription. I only found out via shop that the subscription happened each month. I had to contact the company to cancel as there was no easy option to do so.

Excited to try this for my pup, she has bad allergies and is super picky!

After subscribing to receive PupDose monthly, I started receiving it on off weeks in addition to the monthly subscription. I gathered two months extra supply before I could convince them to cancel any new orders. They initiated then cancelled two orders - and refunded the payments - before they finally gave me authorization to revise the shipping schedule myself. So I changed it to deliver again in three months. Surprise surprise! They sent me a new shipment one month later. This time they cannot cancel the shipment so I am demanding my money back or I will dispute with the credit card company.

Checkout was very simple. Placed order one day and it shipped the next.
