My order took longer because it shipped direct from China so make sure to give yourself at least a month or month and a half to get your items because the packages will get hung up in Customs. But so we love the products we ordered! If there are a lot of people that order from the states, I suggest the company obtain a warehouse in the US so customers can get their products faster. Customer Service was very responsive to my inquiries to where the order was.
Well designed product and our dog seemed to like it. Bumped in to a number of other dog walkers who all had the same product and liked it. RoyalMail held the delivery for a number of days so delivery took just over 2 weeks
Rucksack arrived today. Really well made & I'm sure our Cocker Spaniel puppy will love coming out with us.
I recently ordered and bought a pup luck dog carrier, I got mixed up and ordered the wrong size. By the time I realised I had run out of time to return. I emailed the company explaining what had happened, been retired and disabled I could not afford to buy a replacement. The company were very good and and asked me to tell them what I needed and then sent a replacement the right size and colour, then told me to keep the first one as a gift to do what I wanted with it. The company could not have been more helpful and friendly, would do further business with them in the future than you
I am updating my review below as since leaving this review, Pup Luck have responded to both my emails and the bag has now arrived. It's a shame it took a negative review for my emails to be responded to, however they have since then been very good so I now give 3 stars. I will update the review again once I've used the bag.

I placed an oder for my bag (order 2570) on 17/10/2021. The bag hasn't arrived, the tracking number doesn't work and the company haven't responded to my two emails. Terrible service so far.

I bought a Pup Luck bag for our Boston Terrier. He weighs 11kg, which is quite heavy for the bag. I got the XL size which is probably too big for him. But we did not want to carry him on walks. He is too heavy for that and also too energetic. We use the bag when riding our motor bike. My wife wears the bag on her front with the dog firmly sealed inside - just his head sticking out. He is then nicely squeezed between the pillion and the rider and very comfortable in his middle seat. It works like a bomb and is a nice way to go out on walks using the motor bike. The bag can be stowed in a luggage compartment while we are walking. We love the Pup Luck for this purpose.
I ordered two back packs by mistake and they let me keep them both and gave me a 70% refund they were very good to deal with and prompt on emailing me back each time. I would recommend them to anyone very good business

I just got the rucksack size S for my 4 months cat... it fits perfectly and she didn't dislike it too much... she will get used to it!!!

The customer service experience has been non existent. I would imagine no chance of being refunded and no number to contact this company on. Please don't waste your money!!!

I ordered my product and then changed my mind, as I was unsure if this would be suitable for my 17 year old dog. I couldn't believe how prompt the reply service was offering me an alternative, plus a discount. The ongoing service has also been amazing. It made a pleasant surprise to have received great customer service. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
I purchased a PupSac and was very pleased to receive it in the time stated and was VERY pleased with the sac itself. My dog fit perfectly in it and was very comfortable. There was a small defect on the strap where the stitching had been missed and over time it was starting to come apart. I contacted the company and was surprised to receive a reply quickly and personally. Not the usual “auto reply” some companies use. I sent some pictures with my issue and was shocked to get a reply that they were going to make it right by sending a brand new PupSac. Talk about a HAPPY customer! I was in contact with Lexi, from the company, and she has been amazing with her email responses. I am VERY satisfied with my dealings with this company. I would recommend the PupSac to anyone that needs to carry their dog but more so, I would recommend this company for any of the products they sell. I have since ordered a retractable leash and am also very happy with that. Not to mention the service from the company. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.
My first experience with pup luck when I purchased a doggy rucksack would have been 4 stars. The item is exactly as described but took 3 weeks to arrive
However, this review is for my recent purchase which I made two months ago. The doggy rucksack is not good for going down rough ground whilst wearing it on the front. I thought the sling might be better for this....I will never know! It did not arrive. Pup luck have replied politely to my emails, hence the 1 star, but over two months I still dont have it. It would be no good now anyway as my pup will have outgrown it. I had to buy another make from a shop for my walking holiday. I am still awaiting a refund which I requested over a month ago.
So one good experience and one bad!
Am still waiting for my order too. But I keep getting text and emails to buy other products from them.
