Used it for the first time on Hamilton Island and although the buggies have GPS the slope feature definitely helped club choice on the approaches and the par 3’a.

I started using the range finder on the weekend and it’s great. At less than half the price of similar featured big brand range finders, and of equal (or better) quality, why would you buy anything else.

Fantastic product, good quality, great size, magnetic clip for attachment to bag is a must have, makes it so much easier and quicker to use.
Great value at this price.

I do wish you guys well and like the concept of what you are trying to do. After lots of back and forth to try get me to use it correctly I returned it, you guys acknowledged it was faulty and refunded postage and sent back a new one. I still don’t think it’s reliable as it does not lock onto the pin, needs more R&D you need to have confidence in this product especially in competitive golf.

I ordered a groove cleaner from Punters Golf while it was on sale, and the website showed it was in stock. I paid, got a confirmation, and thought all was good. Then suddenly I get an email saying it’s actually not in stock and they just refunded me, no option to wait for restock, no apology beyond the standard copy-paste. Just “too bad, here’s your money back.”

I replied asking to still receive the product at the price I paid when it comes back. No answer. Followed up again, completely ignored. Not even the decency of a one-line response. Honestly pathetic customer service.

I also bought a rangefinder from them, it technically works, but it feels really cheap and plasticky. Definitely not worth what I paid.

This whole experience has been a joke. They’re happy to take your money, but once there’s an issue, they go silent. Would not recommend this company to anyone. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

Item purchased on 14th April. As of 28th April still hasn’t arrived. Tracking has not been updated since 17th April. Two emails sent to Punters following up and as yet no resolution. Requested refund and no reply.

I’m still waiting for the range finder to arrive! So unfortunately I can’t say anything positive. Tracking says it’s handed over to local post authority on 17th April….. and that I would be notified. So far nothing. I’ve even reached out to Punters and am still waiting for a response. I’m gutted to say the least

Purchased the Punters V3 Range Finder which works very quickly on picking up the targets. Also, purchased before The Masters and received the purchase price refunded in a couple of days. Great service and honoured their promotion.

The ease of purchase is top notch. The product itself is amazing too and for an amazing price! The only thing about it is that it has a tendency to get the distance of other objects, not the flag, each time. There should be an update on its ability to flag lock.

My wife was recommended Punters Golf from a friend. She found the website easy to navigate and ordered the rangefinder and magnetic clip for me as a gift. It arrived 2 days later. I have used 3 times already and love it! The rangefinder is great quality and easy to use. Highly recommend it.
