Received range finder as promised. Used it and was perfect for a couple of holes then distance display kept rolling over with different numbers.
Tried it today before requesting a warranty and it's working again.
Hopefully it was just a glitch.

I like the Punters ranger finder however after using my partners ranger finder I find it difficult to read the display in black sometimes as his one you are able to change the colour between red or black which makes it easier to see I feel.

A premium must be put in supporting new and emerging Australian businesses.
Punters golf restores faith in Australian ingenuity and the fair go.
The products I have purchased are quality items at affordable prices. Delivery, in my experience, was in line with expectation.

Simple ordering process and great price.
Unfortunately not so great on delivery, the items took a little longer to ship than predicted, there was a pre order on one item that was to arrive two weeks after I placed the order, but it seems that my order then got forgotten.
The lads made up for it by throwing in some extra tees & ball markers. So all good.

The range finder is a great piece of kit, easy to use and good aperture for view. Even my mates were surprised when I told them the price and how it was better than their big name models. Thanks Punters, great product.

Well the product is great; but had a "few" issues with shipping timelines

This is my 2nd purchase from Punters golf. I previously purchased a range finder in April 2025. I was fortunate enough to get my money back after Rory won the US Masters. Yes it was the real deal in terms of a refund.
This time I purchased a range finder magnetic clip, socks and a club scrubba. The products all work well. My only criticism is the time it takes to get your order. It took over 4 weeks and you receive no updates until the items get shipped. It’s hard to be too critical when you don’t pay postage however and will certainly buy again.

I was a bit sceptical when I brought it but wanted to give it a go. Help the little guys my mates got a $700 rangy and he is spewing he brought it it shoots exactly the same as his very happy with the purchase

Its funny reading the reviews and a lot are saying delivery service is slow. Maybe its only on certain product as they may have limited stock. I ordered 2 doz birdie balls on a Thursday and they arrived following Tuesday and I live in NZ.
I haven't even tried them out yet but happy with quick delivery

I ordered two shirts for my partners bday , they didn’t get shipped for two weeks after purchase and didn’t arrive for another two weeks after that. So waited a month and had no response to the two emails I sent querying the whereabouts and why they hadn’t been shipped .

I can’t fault the customer service or communication. I tried the birdie balls but don’t believe they travel as far or perform as well as the golf ball I currently use (Titleist AVX). They were about half a club shorter is distance. I’ll use these up but probably won’t buy them again

Great range finder! Hasn’t faulted yet. Steered all my mates into one and they love it too. Seamless order process and delivered within a couple of days.

I ordered this item a month ago and still don’t have it. Terrible service, just for a club cleaner. Spruiking how cheap your products are on social media, maybe you should improve getting the product to your customers before patting yourselves on the back for how cheap you are

I did not receive range finder only shirt have wore the shirt and it’s fine but range finder did not turn up I have emailed twice with no response !!

I have had a really positive experience with punters golf. I ordered a range finder and it came promptly. There was a small fault in the screen and they responded quickly and acknowledged the issue and sent a replacement quickly. I’m really happy with my range finder and their service. Thanks Adrienne

The product was not very good from a "magnetic" point of view and magnet weak as piss.
If I had know this, would not have bought it.

Almost a month after an online purchase of their golf balls and still haven't received them. Not good enough, I've received orders from the USA quicker than this.
