I would love to know how much these people were paid for these good reviews. This is absolutely the worst site I have ever played on. Their RTP is non existent. The games kept glitching and skipping. I recently cashed out $450 from this online casino directly to my debit card. The money was deposited into my account, but just a few hours later, the same amount was taken back out of my bank account without my authorization. It’s been three days, and I’m still getting the runaround with no clear answers or refund.

There’s no phone support, and customer service only gives vague responses instead of actually fixing the issue. This is completely unacceptable — if they can withdraw money from players’ accounts without consent, that’s a serious problem.

I just want my $450 returned and for this casino to take responsibility for their mistake. Be very cautious if you choose to deposit or play here.

They will screw you on referral commissions. For over a year, their commossions have been "temporarily" down or are being "phased out", yet the websites (punt.com and chanced.com) both state that you get a $15 bonus ON TOP of regular commissions. They refuse to pay and tell you to kick rocks. What are you gonna do? Nothing.
I wouldn't care if it weren't about a thousand dollars that i was screwed out of and continue to be lied to about. They are shady AF.

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure Rosco, the head liar for both companies, was born a woman also, but that's not here nor there. He prefers you call him Buffalo Bill, FYI.

Positive but Constructive Version
When I first started playing on Punt, I was really impressed. The payouts are fast, the games are fun, and I’ve had some great wins—especially on my favorite titles. I know it’s not their fault that some games were removed, and I was excited to finally move up in tiers after working toward it for a while. That’s why I was a little let down when the daily bonus and weekly high roller rewards were reduced. I was expecting the usual amount, but only received a dollar. I still enjoy playing here more than anywhere else, but I do hope the rewards improve again.

3 days in and only getting one message from support a day. the link they sent to resolve the ssn verification issue didn’t exist. customer service needs a major update lol.
