Highly Suspicious as a SSN card is a highly sensitive document. I offered the last 4 of my SSN but they said they need a picture. Would rather forfeit my $117 then allow my information to be abused.

I signed up and played on Punt.com, made a $200 purchase via Apple Pay on January 29th, and had some good wins that got my redeemable Sweeps Coins balance up to around $2000. The games were fun, the site is easy to use, and I enjoyed the selection at first.

But when I tried switching games, my account suddenly froze. I contacted live chat immediately—they said they'd escalate it. Shortly after, I got a message saying I'd violated the Terms of Service and my account was permanently closed. That's all—no specific details about what I supposedly did wrong, just "security purposes" when I asked for an explanation.

I've read their Terms and Conditions carefully multiple times: no VPN, no multiple accounts, no foul language, no abusive behavior, nothing prohibited. My play was completely normal and legit. It feels like I finally hit a decent win, and instead of paying out, they just shut it down and kept the money.

The $2000 is still visible in the account records, but I can't redeem it. Support has been useless—copy-paste responses, no escalation, no help with gift cards or any alternative since I didn't have a bank linked (only Apple Pay). Persistent chats and emails get nowhere.

This seems like a classic case of these sweepstakes sites closing accounts right after wins to avoid payouts. The lack of transparency and refusal to explain or release funds is deceptive and unfair. After depositing $140, and seeing my balance steadily decrease, I finally hit the free spins...for $15! It only cost me $120 to win $15. If that's your idea of a value, this is the place for you. At least give me a few wins to string me along! I see many others mentioning fast redemptions....which I guess makes sense as they probably don't process too many so they have ample time to do so!
