Dishonest company
Played with a bonus and made all theire requierments withdrawed went online told Thomas Knight i made a withdrawel and asked if cancell withdrawel can i continue to play and was adviced yes he did not tell me all coupon rules in play again. When i withdraweld later my winnings removed as they say i played a game excluded feom the coupon rules. I think they tell u you can continue to play and dont tell u coupon rules in play so that u must cancell withdrawel and play and then later to keep your winnings so they can make money mislead u on perpouse to loose everthing scammers

"Theoretical numbers"
I would have given a five star review but u guys really let me down on my max win. Should have been 10,800 sc and you guys cut it off at 1,300 sc and said max win per spin. Then why would the game advertise such a high max win? 333x33x33 and my line hit was only .03 sc.

Quick
Quick, fast redemption. Great game selection. Again, whats huge to not spend your money back or cancel redemption is immediately being able to cash out! Absolutely phenomenal! Recommend totally!

PUNT AND CHANCED CASINO STOPPED PAYOUTS!!
They won't pay out. They asked me for my social security card right after my redemption said it went through but didn't. I had to go to ssa office and get one. Unreasonable. I was verified already. Clearly a way to keep peoples winnings who don't have their card. None of the 75 sweeps casinos ive made withdrawals from has asked for a social security card. They don't take a driver's license. Birth certificate.
So even after I got my card they still won't payout. They keep sending me a link but I just connect my bank account through this verification company I've never even heard of. Then it says payment successful. That's it. It's happened a dozen times now. They have a high redemption minimum compared to other casinos ($100). It's one of only casinos I've never won and made a withdrawal. The other one being it's sister site ... Chanced. Avoid both. I know alot about sweeps casinos. PUNT AND CHANCE ARE NO BUENO!!

Redemption Pending for 11+ months so far
I have been waiting since 1/1/2025 for a $130 redemption, and it’s been pending ever since. I’ve opened a support ticket that never got responded to. Tried follow-up chat requests with no response. My account is verified and I successfully withdrew once before.

This is a complete clown site
This is a complete clown site. They have a 3x playthrough on all purchases and a lot of their games dont even count towards the playthrough. They will also straight up restrict or ban you if you do anything even close to winning on this bs site.
