I have had at least five poor service…
I have had at least five poor service experiences where promised delivery times have not been fulfilled or deliveries have been sent to wrong lockers - once even to the same locker into which the parcel was deposited. Personal visits to the PUDO offices was met with empty promises and the parcel again delivered to the same locker into which it was first deposited. Your service has deteriorated. This needs a new management or dismissaal of workers who are giving PUDO a bad name through not following instructions properly.
My package did not get delivered on…
My package did not get delivered on time and when I started to enquire about it, I was told that the package which contained 200 sachets of a hydration supplement had been opened. There were only 90 sachets left! The 90 sachets were delivered to me two weeks after it was originally sent later after many emails asking what is happening. With the package I also were waiting for an important document that had to be sent to the UK. Due to the delay, I missed the opportunity with a friend who was going and who would have taken it with her. I then had to pay couriers fees to get it to the UK. In total I have lost R1600 and of course no reply on emails sent, not even an apology!

Pudo Locker are offline for the passed…
Pudo Locker are offline for the passed 3 or 4 days. Today it's a week (5th working day) and I cannot get much needed equipment from the locker. Still waiting for an tech person from PUDO to come and fix the locker. No notice from PUDO Courier Guy in any form. I feel I can blow up the locker. Previously, my parcel was not placed in the locker, but I received a pin. Was delivered by Courier Guy to another adresse the following day, after enquiry. I will think twice about PUDO in future.
Pudo steals my money for the 3rd time
This is now the 3rd time I have processed a parcel with pudo. Only when I go to deposit the parcel I find out my pin is invalid. Then time runs out so I must pay again. Try get pudo to look into this and it will take up your whole day so you loose a days work at the same time. I can only conclude that whoever programed the new system must be a close relative of the owner as incompetence on this scale without consequences is only allowed by family. The drivers know it's still not working as well as the staff . Maybe they to scared of loosing their jobs to say anything.
Broken items in package with delivery
Sent a package in a box, and indicated that the items inside were glass. This big glass item was in pieces when it reached the destination the next day. Why don't your drivers handle these packages with more care?
Unreliable systems and service
I dropped off an item on 31 December at a PUDO locker prior to pin expiring. The waybill and pin provided by PUDO shows no status of my drop off. Despite multiple follow ups by watsapp and phone to PUDO, no update can be given of my item. It's not difficult to track the driver allocated to the locker and the boxes collected from the locker since my drop off. Everyday I am advised that the driver is still to go to the locker which is ridiculous. Will not reccomend PUDO as a courier service as they their systems are incompetent and so are their processes as they cannot locate my item against tracking numbers they provided.
Pudo is holding my money hostage
I booked a PUDO locker and this morning when I went there it was already open and the latch didn't work. This was at Mall of the South, mind you I paid R89.
So I booked 2 more (R139 each) at The Courier Guy Crown mines at the Stella mall. I went there at 2 because online it says the lockers are open till 5pm. I get there and they tell me they closed at 1pm and don't open on Sunday so my money is gone because of their mess.
The whole point of lockers is for accessibility, not to be in an office that closes after opening for 4 hours. I have attached imagine and a video as proof. I would like my R367 back
say goodbye to valuable parcels with Pudo
Was informed my Parcel (PUDOP0002***114) was delivered. Upon arriving at locker, trying to retrieve parcel, I was informed parcel could not be delivered because locker was full, and that I would be notified of where the parcel would be delivered (locker or courier guy office Ballito). I was never notified. Went on the app to find the status a few days later is "delivered" but I never received notification of delivery. Now no one responds from support to multiple emails sent. WhatsApp support very unhelpful. Patricia Andrews just stopped chatting on WhatsApp (reference 8234617) (even after multiple follow ups on my question). Literally went dead quiet after my question as to who would reach out to me.

Damages to parcels by Pudo couriers
The past month I have sent and received packages with soooo many broken items in them. At first I thought I am not packing the items well enough then I started adding so much bubble wrap I had to book bigger lockers for bigger boxes that is 3/4 full of just bubble wrap. But then I started receiving parcels from other people and the items were also broken. Some boxes are so damaged it has dents and torn corners. I started taking pictures of the boxes and wrapped items and sent it to clients before putting the items in the lickers and the shock of seeing how these boxes looks when they are received...Courier Guy and Pudo...What are your employees doing with the boxes, do they have throwing competitions. Obviously fragile stickers are not seen. We put our trust in your company and pay money, but then in the end we have to refund our customers. In one month I lost R1380 worth of items due to breakages from Pudo. Im getting to the point where it is not okay anymore. Please work on your customer and parcel care!!

I always get the most convenient service from the staff as someone who always receives and sends parcels through them . They have an amazing and helpful team from the office staff to the delivery guys. A special shout out you Siyethemba and Mongezi in Durban . You are the best!!!
Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Received a pin to deposit my parcel at the locker just to find that there is already a parcel inside. Customer service non existent. So someone else's parcel is being send to my recipient. No wonder parcels go missing. And worse of all they don't even have the guts to apologize. I only get told to email them and ask for a refund. Do not use this service.
Bad service
Two issues. Parcel was collected 26 November bypassed our hub (Colesberg on N1)and is on the way to JHB today, 29th. Spoke to two people who both hide behind the terms and conditions. They seem to have no idea what is going on.
2nd issue. Our Pudo lockers are not open 24/7 yet they advertise that lockers are open 25/7. When I complained about it I was told that there is nothing that they can do about it.
I used Paxi until they started giving bad service, seems to me Pudo is going the same route.

I am really surprised to see the terrible ratings on Trust Pilot...
I've been running online businesses since 2019 and while there is no perfect courier company, PUDO is one of the better companies I have worked with. So much so that we have been running all of our deliveries through them for the last year+ now.
Their pricing is unbeatable and if you need any assistance, they're always there. On that note, shout out to Nicholas from PUDO for the amazing support!
Piece of advice, get things set up right from the outset and you're going to have a wonderful experience!

I order n product try to contact pudo but no one answers the package was out for delivery at 9 am I've been waiting 5 and a half hours no response really bad service don't recommend them to anyone at all would be better if they closed there doors completely to my concern. Some of us have work and it seems they don't mind what time they deliver.

I have never been so pissed of with a delivery in my life.
Disguisting service. I have been trying to get my locker details and pin for hours. Absolutely no response. They never sent an sms. And never answer calls or emails. Their dumb app does not work. It seems like a bunch of lazy mongrals that cant keep up with their agreement. Pure bullshit... I am still waiting
USE WITH CAUTION
I am shocked! My package arrived, literally shredded in the locker, and when I complained to the support team, this is verbatim what they have to say:
"In the images provided, we can also see that the package was not sufficiently packaged due to items being loosely packaged in the box causing the items inside to move around whilst the shipment was in transit, it could have happened that the parcel got damaged during transit which we, unfortunately, have no control over as your parcel is packed in the vehicle along with many other parcels.
Also, there were no 'fragile, this-way-up, or do-not-stack' stickers/indications present or placed on the box to assert caution to the warehouse staff and drivers handling the package.
This could mean that the shipment was damaged due to co-loading when many other shipments are placed above each other when palletizing for transit."
The box was sealed and taped perfectly, the items inside were simply not squashed together. But my parcel arrived in literal pieces, but because there was no 'fragile' sticker on it, they deem it acceptable, and see no problem with, parcels arriving in such a state. Even the person sending the above reply didn't sign off the email with their name/designation because they know such a response is pathetic and undignified.
Absolutely appalled - terrible customer service, shocking professionalism, and no care is given to your parcels UNLESS there's a fragile sticker! So be sure to slap those fragile stickers onto EVERY SINGLE PARCEL, otherwise they think it's ok to literally destroy your parcels.

One of my parcel went missing and all they say is that the vidoe they have shows the driver taking into the depot one plastic f not two .I asked if they dont have cameras at the lockers to see how many plastics did he collect from that specific locker and noone is is giving me an an answer . I gave evidence of a video dropping the parcel in the locker .How can that be .It means only one thing their employee stole my parcel but they are not doing nothing about it .Am not a happy client at all .How can on trust such a service provider
