We have been using Pubscale Offerwall, within our Google Play App - Roaster Earn: Money & Rewards, for nearly a year now, and our experience has been mostly mixed. Our personal experience shows that many users avoid completing Offers in Pubscale, pressumably due to tracking/trust concerns. We've tried to send as much users as possible, but it did not work.. users still prefer competitors. The issue could be technical, related on our end, but couldn't confirm this at 100%. We are still working and trying to improve user experience towards Pubscale.

PubScale Advertising Platform has a decent variety of CPA, CPR, and game-based offers, and the overall concept is good. However, there are serious issues with the tracking system that need urgent improvement.

For most CPA and CPR offers, proper installation tracking is missing. Because of this, even after installing apps, completing registrations, or making purchases, many actions do not get tracked. When tracking fails, users do not receive any rewards, which results in a complete waste of time and money.

In addition to this, there are many game offers where tracking starts only after reaching 10–20 levels. If a user spends several hours completing up to level 20 and the progress does not get tracked, the user receives nothing. This is extremely frustrating and demotivating. After investing so much time, getting zero confirmation or reward makes users feel cheated and helpless.

If installation-level tracking or early-step tracking were enabled for every offer (including game offers), users would clearly know whether tracking is working before investing more time or money. This would help users decide whether to continue with further steps or stop early.

I strongly believe PubScale should improve its tracking infrastructure by adding install tracking and early milestone tracking for all offers, especially game-based campaigns. Fixing these issues will significantly improve transparency, user confidence, and overall platform reliability.

The platform has potential, but without accurate and fair tracking, the user experience suffers badly.

I should be giving Pubscale a zero rating. Their system does not track my progress on games and when I raise it. They don't respond and when they do is excuses. Someday I completed matter in time was told it expired. Then same day I completed two matters and kept the proof and send to them, till now am waiting and they do not resolve anything. I have completed almost 10 offers with my two phones and all of them no rewards. Apps like that are using g pubscale must just remove them from their site because this is bad business. We are all here to make money.

Pubscale – Worst Experience Ever

I tried to promote my app through Pubscale and paid $144 USD. My campaign was rejected twice without any clear reason. The exact same campaigns were successfully approved and run on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and Apple Ads without any issues.

When I raised a support ticket, they simply closed it without providing any assistance. Later, they even asked me for my "registered email" in a very unprofessional way, which makes their support service look extremely poor.

Overall, this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an ad platform. No transparency, no proper support, and absolutely no value for the money I paid.

They will not run ur campaign. It's been a week and I'm yet to get any conversions. When I asked refund they denied and now saying it will take 2 weeks to reflect.

I completed multiple offers (9 super offers) from MatchMe through the mPaisa (PubScale) offerwall, and only the first one was rewarded. I followed all instructions carefully, but the rest of the rewards are stuck in “pending” and are now showing expired. I messaged support, but still no reply. Very disappointing experience. Hope this gets fixed.

Beware of working with this company. They do not pay anyone and there is no service for publishers. It is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. There should be less than one star because it does not even deserve it.

Worst place ever to buy traffic.
I receive not even 1 click to my campaign.
After 1 week with no single traffic, I requested for refund several times but they kept sending me the same reply like a robot. I can't get a refund, and I can't get any traffic. The 100 USD minimum deposit just sitting down there for nothing.

You are claiming that complete the task and the coin will be credited to your wallet but its totally fake i have completed the task 3 weeks ago but still i didn't got any reward after completion of the task..

They are scammers par excellence.When it was time to pay I told them when will you pay and they said net 30 I told them good and when it was time to pay they told me you will not be paid before sending the payment file I told them send it to me and when they edit the file and put all the information send it to them they reply to me in the WhatsApp group your file is not clear please send the file in a clear way I explained, "It's okay." I raised it. They also said, "It's not acceptable." I told them, "I can do more than this thing." I said, "I can't." He said, "Wait. We'll upload an Excel file for you. Edit it and send it to us, and we will convert it into a format." pdf I sent them and they also uploaded the file to the format pdf They asked me to send them an email, so I sent it to them. I told them to wait two more days and get back to him. When will I receive it? They said, “You did not send us an email. You are liars.” I went to their email and took pictures of everything, and then they told me.In the end, your file is not acceptable. Your signature does not work with your company's policy. Go to hell with your company, you liars. I have had many conversations with scammers and this is a very bad company.
