They are very shady. They try to act friendly in order to gain your trust and get personal information from you. I honestly think they are scammers. I got out as soon as I felt like they were not being honest with me. But I may have lost hundreds of dollars in the process. They ended up being unprofessional and rude to me. DO NOT do Business with them!

They were the worse company I have ever tried. It took 6-8 months to get anything from them. It took 6 months to finally get a manuscript with corrections that I had ask since day one. They wanted my personal information to upload your manuscript, but I went through and asked Amazon, and they told me NOT to give third parties that information, like ss#, dob, bank account information and so much more. I had to go into Amazon and delete all my credit cards that was on file, so I can give them my password and to my surprise someone was trying to hack my amazon account at 1 in the morning. I quickly changed the password. And on top of that, you never get the same person. Then they want you to pay for more then what you expect. What was more or less $700, turned out to be almost $2000. I am still waiting on so call, copyright paperwork and paperwork for California Library. IT's just back and forth with nothing. Beware of them. I have my attorney looking into this.
