Exceptional Service and Reliability

I’ve been using Proxygus for a while now, and the experience has been flawless. The connection is incredibly stable, and the speeds are impressive. It’s definitely one of the best proxy providers I’ve come across. Highly recommended!

Today I'm here to recommend this wonderful service. It's been in the market for many years, works 100% on surveys and anything else you want to use it for, has proxies in various locations, and a specialized technical team.

Service is horrible. Dropping connections all the time, IP's are all shared with others, very few locations ever open, no support ever. Website hasn't changed in years and even states they have rotating residential which they don't. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Even for $80/mo it's not worth it. Needs to be $20/mo for the service you get.

Great customer service

I highly advise against using this service. The quality of their proxies is subpar - even when using antidetect, my IP address was still being leaked. The proxy server is highly unstable and often disconnects, leaving your real traffic vulnerable to being exposed. Additionally, the service is very costly, and they only accept payment in cryptocurrency, which seems suspicious. I would not recommend this service to anyone and urge you to look for alternatives.

I used the ip port user pass i was given for the mobile proxy and it only failed. I messaged their customer service in the chat (which says they usually respond right away) hours and hours passed wasting my 24 hours purchase ($20) and then i messaged on telegram, they were rude and communicate like a 15 year old boy, they put lolz in their message. They told me to screenshot the issue and i did, they never fixed it, I just filed a claim since they didn't respond and got my refund that way. Not a professional company, kids on the internet selling mobile proxies made from phone dongles with no communication or customer service skills.

Well what do you know???? Proxyguys is now Proxypanel. I was trying hard to figure out where I saw that dashboard before and finally figured it out. I've tried Proxypanel many times and it never works well. Horrible customer service and now that proxyguys is using proxypanel it's the same thing. no responses.

Really disappointed in ProxyGuys. They just died out of no where over night. No notice. No update from them about it. No followup email. No nothing. I was able to log in for about 7 to 8 days after December 1 and then it just all went away and can't find my order. I had rotating residential and it worked quite well. Lost all my bandwidth I paid for.

Not sure what's going on but ProxyGuys was working for me before Dec 1 and then just shut down and I couldn't access my proxy anymore. I made 2 helpdesk tickets which is what I always do when I have an issue and someone would address me within a few mins. I now try and log in and it says my credentials are not working. It asks me to pay again but something is weird because it looks different.

I was using ProxyGuys for many years and all the sudden they came to a grinding halt on Dec. 1. All my social media accounts stopped working that I use to market my services. I saw messages on BHW about mobilehop in their thread being the main company that ProxyGuys was reselling. I reached out to MobileHop and indeed they own all the network as ProxyGuys was using and they shut them down. I am now using MobileHop and it's basically the same service as ProxyGuys had but looks a little different.

Bad, Looks like a scam moving to mobilehop
- They only have the message line on Proxyguy and Switch user accounts to mobilehop
- Mobilehop announced that Proxyguy is their agent, as a joke.
- Initially Mobilehop allowed to use Proxyguy then they only allowed 5 minutes for 1 connection (but actually I used less than 5 minutes). That means you have to buy a new license of mobilehop to continue using it without disconnecting.
It's bad isn't it?
- A question arises. In the future you will meet the same story Proxyguy for mobilehop.
This seems to be a conspiracy theory and lulls us/
- Good quality, but compared to the current price, you can completely refer to other suppliers with better prices.
- There are many other better services, I can send it to you.
This is 4G & 5G proxy service with great price. Price 1/2 compared to Mobilehop, 1/3 compared to Proxyguy

Very and very unstable service! Every day my proxy (300$ per month) does not work for 10-60 minutes and support does not help! They can only reboot modem which does NOT fix problem and it happens again and again and AGAIN! It's just wasting time. Awful service, they don't care about stability! DONT BUY IT IF u need stability, that's not about proxy-guys!

do not use it, their proxies are simply bad, ip is leaking even if i use antidetect , proxy server is not stable and leak your real traffic when you are disconnected from their server. STRONGLY NOT RECCOMMENDED. in addition they are very expensive and no refund . THEY ACCEPT ONLY CRYPTO. it tells everything about them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolute joke of a company, had about 25 single location modems. These guys are so incompetent it's unreal. First of all they will send you a reset link that does absolutely nothing. So you have to get on live chat with them. Most of the time they answer but they are times they just go AWOL. I mist have 10 chats a day - every single day. The quality is absolutely appalling. It's not even close to 5G so another fake advertisement.

They will sell you a location and IP will not match the state and they will come up with an excuse how Verizon changed - this is your problem, not your customer. If I send a payment to the wrong address will you give your product to me??

Spare you nerves and avoid this bunch of cowboys
