I have used Prowse Phillips to help me get back on track with a range of debts I had and they have been great and managed to secure a significantly lower repayment in one and find breaches in two others resulting in them being unenforceable. It has really helped with sort my finances and slowly get back in my feet.

They are a wonderful company they took over all my concerns and have fought my corner. All I need to do is send all it over to my case handler for want of a better word, and I know she will do what she can for me.

I have been with Prowse Phillips laws for nearly 2 years with debt problems. They have helped me written off most of my debt and managed the rest and nearly done . I will recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with a debt to get in touch with them .

I don’t know where to start. I received a call from someone about dept management..

I was in debt and couldn’t manage my debts, I tried as hard as I could… I had quite a few credit cards and a loan. In the past I paid all of these debts on time and lots of interest for over 30 years . They kept giving me more credit and I took it thinking I could pay it back. I did pay them all for over 30 years They all earnt a lot from me ..



Then work went sideways I kept working and kept paying as much as I could for a few years until the credit cards and banks wanted more than I could pay. Work was Hard to get. Then crunch time I couldn’t pay my bills. I kept up with gas and electric. Just. I contacted step-change and other organisations to help me, we filled out forms and did all the income and expenditure. Ok so it helped for a while



i will cut this short. Anyone who has been in this position will understand
