Very helpful, great customer care and loved the stainless steel tri-ply pots.

I bought my pans in 1998 they are the triply copper. I have used these daily, I am not the best cook and have had numerous disasters over the years and the pans survived every episode and came up like new every time.
I have had to get rid of my milk pan as the base buckled and it made me reflect how great they have been.

Ordered previously and service as expected, quality products and timely delivery. Would definately use again.

I bought a small set of seconds for my son’s new house, two were in plain boxes but all had labels attached and obviously new. I couldn’t see any faults, they look just like my set of standard ones. Good price for excellent quality pans, delivery was very quick too

Good product and very prompt delivery with good customer service

I bought a set of pans with features I needed (such as a helper handle). They were beautiful, very solid and seemed very good quality. Unfortunately they were so heavy with that it wasn't possible for me to keep them as my wrists are too weak for the weight (hence the search for helper handles). I contacted, explained and a returns label sent for the free return. Full refund then followed. Excellent customer service.

I placed an order on the 22nd Dec and delivery was made before Christmas, very happy with service received.

The chef's pan is amazing. Great quality. Quick delivery too. Will be back for more once the 28 cm frying pan is back in stock.

Still waiting on the delivery. I am sorry to say I wanted to support traders and not buy cheaper through Amazon. If I had bought through amazon it is cheaper and they would have delivered next day at no costs.

The quality of the stainless steel tri ply cookware is already known to me, owning some smaller pans. This order of larger pans was handled brilliantly through the website. Very fast despatch and well packaged. Couldn't be happier. Thanks.

I have already shopped with ProWare before but on this shopping ‘trip’ I wanted to buy a replacement lid for one of my existing 18cm saucepans and on the ProWare website I could only see 24cm spare lids. I called ProWare and they said that they could help and that if I left a message in the Additional Notes section of the order page they would replace the 24cm lid with an 18cm glass lid that I needed. 4 days later the lid arrived as part of my order. Superb customer service!

We bought x2 of the copper based frying pan and are so disappointed with the quality of this pan. Absolutely disgusted with the quality- I can send pictures if required.

Great service prior to purchase and rapid delivery. I purchased the 6pan set tri-ply stainless steel option. They are incredibly sturdy pans that seem excellent quality. Cannot fault them.

We bought the Triple ply frying pan as we switched to an induction hob and needed to replace our existing pans. Delivery was really prompt. The frying pan is fantastic quality, heats up quickly and evenly and provides a great sear on steaks and seafood. We've followed the ProWare instructions and nothing has stuck yet. We've now ordered even more pans from ProWare and waiting for them to arrive.

This review is for the copper range that proware sell. The quality of the pans are extremely good & their price is good compared to other manufacturers who sell copper pans. However, I was disappointed how they designed the handles, as they are flat & a bit hard edged. It's only really noticeable when washing them up, as they're heavier filled with water & when rotated back & forth while cleaning. I actually found its easier to hold the pan at the base of the handle/rim. I also wonder about their instructions to not heat the pans empty, which I just ignored when heating oil proir to adding food. They also mention not to use a stainless scourer for cleaning. I haven't needed to yet, but I used to with my old stainless pans & they were fine. The copper coating is stunning. I love how they tarnish with age. I would give five stars if their handles had more girth for a more comfortable grip. Other details like delivery & packaging is first class too.
