The quality of these pans is top drawer! They are so well made and beautiful to use and clean. I absolutely love them, they bring a smile to my face using these pans. I have a tri-ply saute, 18cm tri-ply saucepan and a 14cm non-stick copper milk pan. I'd like to get 9cm & 16cm copper saucepans to complete the set. They're expensive but worth it and you can tell they will last a lifetime

This was our first purchase from ProWare Kitchen who we found from an online search when looking to replace some copper saucepans which we had bought several years ago from one of the leading U.K. supermarkets who can remain nameless.

The purchase of the new pans was necessary because the rivets attaching the handles to the actual old pans had broken loose.

We found our ordering online with ProWare was easy and the online tracking and delivery by DPD was quick and excellent every step of the way.

The truly excellent quality of these saucepans was immediately foreseeable and apparent from the moment that the box was delivered by DPD with the pans in beautifully packed boxes with top quality protection and packaging.

First impressions of these saucepans is that a great deal of care and thought has gone into their design and construction - very solidly and well manufactured.

I have delayed writing this review until we have had a few days of actual usage cooking with these saucepans which is proving them to be in a completely different league from that we have had before and I can unhesitatingly recommend them as outstandingly good products clearly made by a company that takes great pride and care in what they are doing.

Excellent customer service. I purchased online but needed to amend the order. It was easy to speak to Pro-ware on the phone and they made the change and provided the refund.

I love cooking and take kit seriously. Installing a new kitchen including induction hob meant changing my expensive set of non compatible pans. I searched the internet for the best, checked out reviews and priced it up. Rather than sponsoring the next Mauviel yacht I googled UK made and came across Procare, Family run, Sheffield and brilliant reviews. Great price too (Sheffield is landlocked so no need for a yacht). I bought pretty much everything other than non stick frying pans as I have 3 expensive Le Cru.. pans. I sit here several weeks in just ordering non stick frying pans to replace the LE C ones. Why? Heat control better with Procare so cooking results are better. Bottom line, these pans are excellent.

We have been looking to replace our 20+ years old saucepans but wanted British made. We found the Proware website and liked the story.. family company based in Sheffield! What better place to buy cookware from.
We purchased the copper base set of 3 saucepans (16cm, 18cm and 20cm). They arrived the day after ordering.. Incredible! Very well packaged and they are fantastic. Lovely to handle and cook with, stack well in the kitchen drawer. Love the second handle on the two larger pans. We will be purchasing more cookware from Proware as the need arises.

Initially had problems with website which did not facilitate Proware’s own Gift vouchers probably something to be looked at .
But after a few calls I eventually got a response and my voucher issue, It was sorted out swiftly and effectively for which I was grateful.
Delivered the following day by DPD and used to great effect the Pans are superb, quality, with looks especially love the deepness of them and the front handle on the larger pans is very helpful and effective, good informative instructions which must be read to understand certain aspects of Copper based pans, on a personal level I can not fault the whole process of my purchase and thrilled with the products I received would highly recommend Proware- Kitchen

Proware's pans are brilliant. They are well made and fantastic for cooking. They are solidly built and reactive to changes in heat temperature. They are excellent for moving from hob to oven or vice versa.
I have bought 2 of their sauce pans and their roasting pan in the past. This time I bought 2 frying pans (a 24cm stainless steel pan and a 24cm non-stick pan).
I would like to see more options for roasting pan sizes. And I find the roasting pan handles make it difficult to get them into the oven. But it is still a great product.
The delivery was quick with emails at various stages of the processing. The items came well packaged and protected.

Got a great deal with 25% off! Always wanted copper bottom pans, but good ones, not ones where the copper rubs off. These pans from Pro-ware are stunning to look at. Simple but elegant shape, sturdy and built to last. They can even go in the oven. All that and a lifetime guarantee, what’s not to like.

Very annoying that 2weeks after I purchased item proware announced money off offers .
