I placed my order for a waist trainer and then panicked when I read these reviews after! I contacted the company to see when my Order would be delivered and they replied immediately to say there was a problem at the warehouse.. I thought oh no I’ve been done! BUT actually I received my order within 6 working days instead of the stated 5 and I was really happy with the product. For me the experience of the company couldn’t have been better, they responded promptly to my query and item delivered no problem.

I disliked a product but after speaking to customer service they happily resolved my concerns offering an exchange. I do not like ordering from random sites but this one was definitely worth it, just the advice from customer support was worth way more than the waist trainers themselves.

Prompt delivery, I received the wrong size but staff has been very helpful assisting with an exchange, they even included a gift which was a lovely gesture from prowaist!

Quality of the products is superb, delivery took an extra day but can't complaint.

Our two returns were recently processed after a slight delay as the business was moving warehouse. My daughter was very pleased with the waist clincher she received. My e mails were replied to promptly and politely. The returns process could be simplified but otherwise we have no criticism to make at all.

My wife is very grateful to prowaist, she loved the waist cincher I bought for her as a gift.

However after initially believing it was a scam I received my waist trainer
It was nice material my only disappointment is it is too big on the smallest setting dispite using the size guidelines.

I can’t believe I’ve been scammed. Ordered an item which was due for delivery 2-4 working days and now nearly two weeks there is no item. Tried to send an email and apparently email address does not exist! The website looks soo legit it was soo easy to believe it was a fully registered company that’s functional. Well done to this scammer as he really did a good job in running the false company and scamming people for goodness knows how long. I also spent £59 on a trainer which I later realised was actually £39 on the same website. That should have been a head up for me but was too stupid to realise..

I made a rookie mistake and checked reviews AFTER ordering.
When they arrived One item was correct but the more expensive item was not.
The excellent English on the site and UK address (stupidly) had me fooled.
Their address is a virtual address. No replies to emails.
Order off Amazon. It’s cheaper and reliable.

They are fraud they will take your money and send you wrong items and if you tell them they will say return it after you return the item to them they will no longer reply you messages, please ignore this site please they are scammers, go to Amazon or ebey and you will get it very cheap

What to say about prowaist, really fair experience. I’ve been helped out during the whole process of exchanging my waist trainer. Finally received the exchange and right now I’m enjoying it!

Overall happy with my experience, I ordered 3 pieces of shapewear and got them within few days, sizing is alright and quality its quite decent. Xx
