Ivan was smiling as soon as i opened the door.
I had a large stain on my carpet i really didn't think it would come out. Ivan was very honest and said that he wasn't sure that it could be removed.
I asked him to try ...and it's come out, Ivan freshened up the rest of the carpet and it looks like new.
I'm so impressed. He was friendly and professional.
I will use Ivan for future cleaning. I would highly recommend his company.
