Protein drinks taste delicious but they don't fill you up at all. They also cause alot of gas. Bad stomach.
Night burn tablets don't work. Gave me horrendous nightmares!

Not fond of the flavor. Got the white chocolate raspberry. Not happy with it.

I've been trying different Protein products. I like the Dark chocolate from your company.

Never received my order no communication with customer service nothing stay clear from got protien more like got problems and absolute shit show it's people like this who can't run a business

Absolutely awful Customer Service.
I didn’t receive my delivery even though tracking said I had. I was virtually called a liar for saying I hadn’t received. Surprisingly my delivery turned up that evening. One container split !!! Can’t be bothered to complain to such a Mickey Mouse Company. Steer clear of this company they are very very dodgy 🤬

What went wrong for me where do I start! Ordered two meal replacement powders. They arrived next day, courier said it had ruined his car!! He gave me the box. It was damaged , leaking , seals broken spilled everywhere made a mess all over the house! I was upset and disappointed. This was fri. Since then the chat message dissappears, the email strangely will.not send to that address ukprotein.com like its fake?? I had managed to open the chat box at first and put my pictures up and details. Since then. No reply all access denied left with bottles that are unusable spilled.damaged. cost me alot.of.money. I have asked for a refund or replacement.... no response whatsoever???? I think I.have been scammed big time what can I do??

The protein powder is very tasty. It easily mixes with milk or water. I will purchase again

The packaging is very professional and sturdy. The bag of powder was sealed in such a way that no air could enter, so the product remained fresh for a long time. The spoon for serving was also conveniently placed inside the package, which was very practical.

Tastes better than I expected and super convenient for busy days. Love the pink shakers. One flavor mixes a little thick, but overall great value and keeps me full.

I didn't belive it would work, but I'm impressed! Not only have I lost weight, but my perspective on food has changed. It tastes like a milkshake, which is veru satisfying. It's a great meal replacment.

Be aware they'll will not exchange your protein powder if you dont like the flavor. I love the strawberry & should of sticked with it. The white chocolate raspberry taste horrible like medicine, even upset my stomach. I asked to exchange they said NO! $45 down the drain, I will be tossing it. It's a gamble that you will like the flavor you order, too bad they dont let you exchange, im a loyal customer & that doesn't matter. Hence the 3 stars I gave them. Strawberry protein taste great & does fill me up, love all the vitamins included in protein powder.

Taste is really good I have the vanilla(my favourite) vanilla fudge,chocolate I do find the chocolate a bit gritty I also have blueberry and strawberry so they will last for a while I have lost weight too I will be ordering more I just love them all

Do not order products from this company because when they are not delivered Protein.com will do everything in their power to keep your money!

I ordered products on the 27 November, on the 2 December and on the 4 December I received emails from EVRI apologising for the fact that the goods had not been delivered. On the 5 December EVRI changed the information on their portal to say that the goods had been delivered which was a lie. On the 8 December EVRI emailed me to apologise for lying and claiming that the parcel had been delivered when it had not and admitted that the package was lost. Several times I emailed the EVRI incident reports to Protein and sent several emails and they are making me jump through hoops to get my money back. Even after receiving the EVRI incident reports they emailed me insisting that the goods had been delivered. Now they have sent me a form to complete if I want my money back which I can’t because it’s a PDF and I don’t have a printer so I will have to go back to them yet again to obtain an editable version of the form, yet more delays so that they can keep my money. I have had to raise the transaction as a dispute with my credit card company but if Protein still insist on keeping my money then I will have no choice but to go through the small claims court.

At the end of the day when you purchase goods from a company in good faith you make a contract with them not the carrier and good customer service dictates that upon receiving irrefutable evidence of goods not being delivered that monies should be swiftly returned. Any company who isn’t willing to do that should not be dealt with therefore to anyone reading this please take this as a warning and avoid this company.

These are brilliant! Started taking them 6 weeks before I went to Cyprus. The first picture is the colour of my skin in the UK before going to Cyprus. The second picture is my tan after a week in the sun! Bought a second tub to take over the autumn/ winter for a lovely glow!

Terrible company with Terrible customer service.
Shakes arrive with no foil seal, just the lid half tightened. Anyone could have tampered with the powder....
Company claim this is the normal production, refused to swap them etc.
Wouldn't risk purchasing from them

Deserves 0 stars. Beware ordering tanning capsules from Protein.com via Facebook because your order will be automatically sent to your Google registered address and Gmail account. I emailed them immediately when my order was placed requesting it be sent to another address and when I didnt receive the order, they told me a BS story how the order had already been despatched before they got my email. They've got very bad reviews for their tanning capsules anyway, so save your money and dont deal with this company. Their customer service is non existent. Disgraceful.

I have ordered the protein meal replacement powders and the fat burner supplements, as well as the self-tanning capsules and every product lives up to what is described on the website. I was able to lose 20 pounds in 3 months and feel great! I have even bought the supplements for my daughter because they work so well!

I love the protein slim from protein.com it has been helping me reach my goal . The protein support team is amazing . For some reason every time I order the protein slim it gets lost in transport . So when I talk to support they help me out . Love this company .

i was really looking forward to trying this shake but the texture was chalky and didnt blend well no matter how long i mixed it

I purchased Strawberry before ans I really liked it. I just purchased Iced Capuccino and I was disappointed as it is too sweet. I even did 2 scoops only and it’s still the same. I tried to check if I could somehow return or replace but it’s not allowed. I wish I just ordered banana instead.
