They claimed 1-2 work days for the delivery, now(8 days after the order) finally the support replied and told me that my product will be shipped today.

now i got a tracking id for my product and im still waiting.
i needed the mat for work and im already almost a week over my deadline, this is unacceptable.

thanks for nothing.

Commande passée sur Protectmats, avec un délai d’expédition clairement annoncé sous 72 heures(pour la France) Résultat : 7 jours après la commande, mon colis n’est toujours pas expédié.
C’est tout simplement inadmissible, véritable manque de sérieux et de respect envers le client.

Just very bad quality. Don’t believe the description.

The placemat appeared to be of quality and has a nice fit. The placemat has a terrible chemical smell. I called customer service and I was told to wash the placemat with water and vinegar. I left the mat outside to air out. Nothing helped with the smell. When you put an item on top of the placemat that item has the same smell as the mat.
I left numerous messages for a call back for customer service. Customer service screens the calls and will not call customers back.
Very unprofessional company to do business with.

one of the two (costing around €500!) is completely opaque. I have sent countless photos and requests for replacements, but the company has always denied the documented evidence. I advise anyone against purchasing from this company, as they deliver incorrect goods and fail to comply with consumer law requirements.

A FUIR !!! Société basée en Belgique avec un service clients fantôme qui ne répond jamais aux mails et un numéro de téléphone non attribué. Première et dernière expérience avec ces escrocs. Heureusement que la transaction est sécurisée par le service de paiement en ligne, qui assure le remboursement intégral
