Simple, easy to understand
To date I haven't needed to claim on my insurance policy and hope I never have to.
Protectivity Insurance make sure I am aware of when my policy is due to be renewed which is a comfort to me. The policy is explained clearly so I can understand what I am insured for and how much I will have to pay and if there is an increase on last years premium. Payment methods are quick and simple.
Good simple straight ford transaction.
