I'm happy with my order just wish they did them in smaller size for adults my mum has a small face and the ear adjusters are no help

Unfortunately It is really a bad experiance with proteckt. I ordered two masks online, they confirmed the order but asked for 3-5 days delay due to COVID-19.

Today its 11 days and i did not get my order!! Even the tracking number, they sent by email, did not work!! : /

The quality of mask was very good and it reasonable price different varieties different colour

On 7th Sept I received an email saying my goods had been delivered but they hadn't arrived. I sent a message explaining it was the wrong address, an address that doesn't exist. I emailed Proteckt and explained and got an almost instant reply
Saying my order would be sent again. That was Monday evening and they arrived today (Wednesday). I'm delighted with the quality and, more so, their customer service! Shukriya Javeed. 😊

i seen this seller on Facebook marketplace, i was a bit skeptical at first i do not normally buy via Facebook. i had a good conversation with the seller, he assured me was a genuine seller and has just started a new business. i know what its like to start a new business and how hard it can be to gain peoples trust. i was sent an invoice via paypal which was fine as you get buyer protection. order was placed and in a couple of days my delivery arrived. items where as described and much better than my previous supplier. i have just placed another order and will continue to deal with this seller.

Not brilliant face mask, very flimsy and uncomfortable to wear but they do the job, it's true that you get what you pay for and these were cheap.

Delivery time was brilliant. The masks were perfect. One star less is only for fit round the ears - maybe either have some elasticity or adjusters to fit snugly over ears? And maybe more variety of patterns & colours? Other than that I’m satisfied with value for money (the products & postage too)!!! 👍👏🏼
