We engage with office team ‘zoe’ for services. Absolutely terrible!!!
Onsite booking team were polite and arrived on time.
Terms are 50% on booking and balance before work completed.
Once deposit paid, office changed our booking date to a time in the future.
Was then told they were not sure what time they would get to next booking but required full payment up front.
When I expressed discomfort was told they couldn’t do job for another 3 weeks..
Took 7 attempts to reach on advertised mobile number.
Was then told that we were difficult and they would not help us.
I can’t comment on actual services but initial contact / booking and admin just AWFUL!
