The product shipped a bit earlier than expected, but I received a notice of shipment. After painting it, the cover blends in nicely.

Martin, the sales person, is extremely helpful. He explained patiently all the details about every aspects of the products including how to installto help me make a well informed decision to pick the right access panel that fits my need.

The application and measurement instructions are very detailed and minimize the risk of making a mistake in the order.
Fulfilment was very fast. The item was made and packed with great care. The panel worked very well, but you should expect a visible distance between the wall and the panel, caused by the lip of the anchor.
I wish the shipping prices were more clear - ordering from a phone, I was surprised with the shipping amount billed.
