I had a problem with my phone case. The company resolved the problem for me by sending out an alternative. Very happy customer.

I ordered a Proporta screen protector from Argos but had an issue. I reached out to Proporta's customer support and want to commend their excellent service. They were quick to respond and resolved it in the best possible way.

I ordered a Ted Baker phone case and there was a fault on it. I emailed customer service and got a very prompt response. Sorted out the issue immediately. Some companies are lacking in their customer service skills but Proporta I have to say have excelled in theirs. I have dealt with this company quite a lot and would highly recommend them. Fast postage too.

I used to have an original Ted Baker phone case, this one is definitely not original. Poor quality and design, paint and material cracked all along the front screen after the first day. Definitely won’t recommend it.

The customer service is second to none. After receiving a faulty Ted Baker phone case i contacted Proporta who were extremely helpful and apologetic, I was sent a replacement within 24 hrs! Can’t fault them and highly recommend.

Hello I have not received my order yet

I purchased the Ted Baker phone case with the mirror and this was the 2nd one in two years however the glue on the mirror started to become unstuck contacted pro porta and within 1 week had a replacement not many companies in this day and age treat their customers like this well done and thankyou amazing service

Having used Proporta on numerous occasions previously I was happy to purchase from them again. They’ve always been excellent.
Unfortunately, my item arrived damaged from transit. I contacted Proporta & they asked me to send some information & the photographs I had of the damage. After they received this they sent me a replacement item the next day, which I received 24 hours later.

I ordered from the EU, the customs fees were not included, I had to pay the double of the item price for them and then did not receive the item, to this day it's been more than a week that I have paid the custom fees and still nothing

Great customer service, sorted out an issue I had super promptly and with great service. Yes products take awhile to arrive but if it is what you want you will wait. What impressed me was they way they dealt with my issue and resolved it immediately.

I absolutely love proporta and their products most sturdy phone cases and screen protectors ive used. Never been let down by a proporta product and i know my phone is safe when i use their products

I ordered a Ted Baker phone case on 1.4.25, have not received it, have emailed, no response, they have taken my money. I have tried phoning, no response.
Have used this company a few times before and no problem.
Would be polite if they just responded with a delivery time.
