i got up one morning then saw banned me without any visible reason.

Propiy company is a major scam. I did not log in to my account and user panel for a short period. Although I had not purchased any challenge, I had deposited the challenge fee into my wallet. Today, when I tried to log in to my user account, I was faced with the message “User is banned,” and there was no support agent available to respond. Please do not use this scam company.

چند بار چالش ها رو رد شدم، اخری رو بدون هیچ دلیلی غیر فعال کردند و بعد از پیگیری یک عالمه دلیل غیر مرتبط میارند که تو یکی از اینها رو انجام داده ای برو چک کن! و من هیچ کدوم نبوده ام. مستند خواستم ارائه ندادند، تیکت ها رو از یک جایی ب بعد فقط می بندند، گفتند هیچ جور دیگه نمی تونی کار کنی با ما !! که البته خودمم همین تصمیم رو دارم، خاضر نیستند پول رو ریفاند کنند. چند تا استاپ پشت سر هم که دلیل نمیشه! کاملا غیر حرفه ای ( علی رغم شعارهاشون ) برخورد می کنند، دوره ای که سر و صدا شد سر این ها، دوستانم گفتند دیگه اعتمادی ندارند، من باز بهشون اعتماد کردم. چون من هیچ یک از مسایلی رو که به عنوان خرابکاری و عدم شفافیت و دوز و کلک استفاده نمی کردم و نمی کنم. ادرس فیزیکی و تلفن هم ندارند!! هرگز هرگز هرگز باهاشون وارد بازی نشید.

My personal experience: Propiy is a fraudulent and scam company. They deactivated my account with ridiculous and fake excuses, and their customer support never helped.
My warning: Do not cooperate with Propiy. They are scammers, and even though their website is still active, they cannot be trusted.

Last year, I purchased an account from this prop firm and traded with the lowest possible risk. Over the course of one full year, I was not able to reach a payout, but my risk management was always very conservative and within the rules. Without any prior warning, my account was suddenly closed, and they claimed that I was using a trading robot.

I submitted multiple support tickets requesting clear evidence and an explanation of how I was allegedly using a robot. However, they never provided any proof or a proper explanation. I strongly believe this prop firm is a scam. They seem to be closing a large number of traders’ accounts using the same two excuses: alleged use of trading bots and vague “risk violations.”

I have never used any trading robot, and I do not even know how to use one. I trade exclusively through the MetaTrader mobile application because I am a full-time employee and do not have access to a computer during work hours.

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this prop firm. Based on my personal experience, dealing with them only leads to wasted time and money.

Two weeks after I paid $90 for an account, I was told on virtual pages that this prop form was a scam and a fraud, but I decided to continue. When I came to withdraw the profit, they rejected the withdrawal request with a bunch of irrelevant reasons. Their site is still open and they advertise a lot but they don't pay anything. It's a waste of time and money.

پراپی یک پراپ اسکم است و هیچ گونه تعهدی به تریدرها ندارد و به بهانه های واهی سود تریدرها را نمیدهد. من برای تست دادن سود بعد از پاس کردن چالش و در مرحله واقعی پس از 150 دلار سود درخواست برداشت وجه زدم که پس از بیش از 2 هفته پاسخ دادند که درخواست شما رد شده و ایمیلی برای شما ارسال میشود که ارسال نشد، در صورتی که من هیچ قوانینی را نقض نکرده بودم. پیشنهاد میکنم هرگز با این پراپ کار نکنید و وقت خود را هدر ندهید

I requested a withdrawal after passing the challenge and reaching the real stage, with a profit of $150. After more than two weeks, they responded that my request was rejected and that an email would be sent to me, which was never sent. I did not violate any rules. این پراپ 100% اسکم هستش از ما گفتن . بنده چالش خریدم و قبل از شروع چالش بهشون تیکت زدم و گفتم نمیتونم ادامه بدم و در ضمن هیچ تریدی هم باز نکردم حتی یدونه و گفتن با توجه به قوانین نمی تونیم پولتو عودت بدیم . به این اینا دل خوش نکنید و خواهشا هر کی با این به مشکل خورده بیاد مطرح کنه بقیه هم متوجه بشن داستان چیه .

پدر سگا اسکمن، سه تا حساب دو مرحله ای رو پاس کردم، دوتا ۲۵ک و یدونه ۵ک تو مرحله حساب ریل در حالی که ترید باز داشتم رو حسابم غیرفعال شد. تو دشبرد تیک غیر فعال بعلت عدم ترید خورد به حسابام.
یک ماه تمام پیام دادم به پشتیبان ها اونا گفتن مشکل فنی در حال برطرف کردنیم، گفتن تیکت بزن چندبار تیکت زدم که اونا هم همین حرف زدن.
در کل همه اش امروز و فردا و هفته بعد کردن و هنوزم بعد نزدیک به سه ماه خبری نشده 😂
پول کلی ادمو ندادن و به بهانه ترید با ربات و تریدهای نقض قوانین پیچوندن.
پلتفرم اجتماعی ای هم ندارن کسی بتونه پیگیر بشه.
هنوزم با کمال پر رویی و حرومزاده بازی کد تخفیف میزارن.
