I was contacted quite quickly by Stefanie, she took all the relevant details then rang me back later to make an offer on the house.
Unfortunately the offer didn't match my expectations so I didn't go ahead with the offer even when Stefanie pointed out all the positive reasons to do so.

The sale of my property went smoothly, and made what was a difficult choice so much easier. The process was explained fully, and at each stage communication was over what I expected. Should I be in the situation I found myself again - I would 100% use them again.

Sounds good but after a bad experience with another online agent I am going to use a local agent otherwise I might have given it a go.

I am given 2 stars as the lady on the phone was very nice but wow stay clear of quick buy schemes, I looked at quick buying as we are ready to move but have interest in the house, so we will just wait now. Our house is valued at £250k with 3 valuers and they come back and said at first they would offer £175k then they came back again and said the house is only worth £175k and offered £125k haha what a farce, you will get a mid terrace for that here but not a 3 bedroom detached cottage with a workshop and big garden. Wow I am stunned that folk actually use these schemes but if you are desperate... but moving on and now staying clear, lol made me chuckle though staying on market and will wait for right buyer.

This rating is purely for the lady who answered my call to make a complaint. She was excellent. and polite, even though I was annoyed at having been woken up at midnight with a 'message to text' phone call from Property Solvers. I then got another call, and to ensure they couldn't call again, I unplugged my landline. I had rung Property Solvers some time ago to remove my number from their list, but obviously that had fallen on deaf ears.

I would highly recommend property solvers, excellent customer service.
Always available to speak to, very much trusted to get the job done.

Stephanie was very professional and informative. She responded quickly and set clear expectations on what would happen. In the end, we haven't had to use the services but would have no hesitation in approaching them again if things don't go to plan.

I dealt with 2 people in total to try to sell my house and they both was amazing 1 imparticular person was available night and day 7 days a week if you needed to know anything he would do his best to help you so my experience overall even though I didn't manage to sell my house was great and I would highly recommend people to go with property Solvers in the future

Claire went out of her way to communicate quickly and clearly about my options for selling my studio flat.
