I have been a customer of property minder for eight or nine years now, and I have always been a fan of their innovative approach to helping realtors generate more business. My clients constantly compliment me on the modern design of my webpage as well as the functionality of all the search options. In addition, all the tools such as seller corner help me stay in front of my clients and remind them that I'm in the business, which I believe generates income for me. I think it's important to also mention that the customer service is phenomenal. My sales rep calls me every time a new feature comes out to make sure that I'm taking advantage of all of the tools that Property Minder provides. I highly recommend this company to new agents as well as seasoned veterans needing to update their online profile.

I really like the services this website has to offer! However, sometimes it is a little difficult to get in touch w/someone. But when they respond, they are very helpful, and get the issue resolved. I have recommended this website company to others, and will continue to recommend it.

Property Minder is a good 'basic' system; however, they have not kept up with the times ....they need to update their system, make it more user friendly and have marketing tools/pictures/etc that are more up-to-date

I have been working with property minder for almost a year now and i can't tell you how much i have enjoyed the entire experience. From their upper management down to customer service they are very hands on and will show you how to be successful using there tools. Their website platform is easy to use and configure but whenever i ran into something i couldn't figure out there support and training teams were always there to walk me thru everything. Not to mention the tools I received a fully IDX integrated website, CRM and Transaction Progress tool so i was able to eliminate the cost of the CRM i was using. I now prospect completely from my site instead of the MLS keeping traffic on my site where i can track my clients. Finally the drip campaigns along with property search and your neighborhood alerts my clients are already receiving. Property minder has made me look like a communication and tech savvy savant to my clients. I would Highly recommend this Company and their product if you are looking for a high functioning website for your Real Estate Business.

Property Minder has helped keep me in front of my clients for many years now. From a move from one brokerage to another, it kept me seamlessly in touch with my sphere of influence. The site is so easy to work with even an old dog like myself can work the back office!

The functionality of the website is great... but I'm still unhappy that the spell check function in the email listing function does not work, after years of it suddenly stopping. It existed once. And then stopped. And has not been replaced. Also, the phone app just freezes, and even with new phone equipment, it doesn't work properly. I've given up on the app, sadly.
Otherwise, I do love having my website hosted by PropertyMinder, and will continue to have it hosted there,
