I was recommended to use this company but a travel blogger on YouTube and so decided to give them a try. Really impressed. They understand the needs of frequent flyers really well. Personal service throughout and so helpful to find such knowledgeable people close at hand.

Unfortunately it is a scam. Paid them €57 for a consultation. Spoke with Daniel for a good half an hour, who promised to get back to us with options within a few days. It's been nearly three weeks and not even an acknowledgement of the call or our follow emails. What a shame

Contacted via online form - provided detailed brief on flight + holiday for a family (single destination)

Email back saying "4 hour response window for urgent queries, 24 hours for everything else" (ticket 50775)

Chased 36 hours later via email reply, to ask if anyone had received it

Got a Google Calendar invite for a Round-the-World trip (not what we asked for) for Saturday

Daniel K read through my request, realised it wasn't a RTW query and cancelled the calendar invite on Saturday, WhatsApping me to apologise and saying that we'd have correspondence with some actions by the end of the weekend. This was the one positive point, and felt like I was listened to and might have been getting somewhere.

It is now Wednesday, Daniel is unresponsive and nobody has gotten in touch.

Pretty poor experience and I am slightly taken aback by the number of good reviews on Trustpilot, when we've had to go to these lengths just to try and get in touch with someone to have a chat about our future trip...and we've failed!

The propeller team are masters of their craft. Deep technical and operational knowledge about handling and modifying complex itineraries across a number of extremely difficult constraints.

The team helped me with a complex RTW itinerary and has been an exceptional partner. As a very frequent business flyer I fully trust the team to get it right.

I am genuinely flabbergasted by the volume of positive reviews for Propeller Travel because my experience with them was dreadful.

I fully accept that I booked a relatively complicated routing, the purpose was to regain my British Airways Gold Guest List status, but as any frequent traveller knows, schedule changes happen and normally require only a quick tweak. In my experience, a simple call to BA usually resolves this within minutes.

Unfortunately, because the booking was made via Propeller Travel, BA redirected me back to them, and that is where my problems really began.

What should have been a very straightforward schedule-change amendment turned into nearly two months of chasing, unanswered messages, and poor service. I repeatedly tried to contact them via phone, email and WhatsApp. Responses were slow, inconsistent, or simply didn’t come at all. On multiple occasions I was told the change was being handled or would be resolved shortly, only for nothing to happen.

This was not a trivial issue for me. I needed the flights confirmed in order to secure seat selection and finalise other parts of a complex trip, including hotels, positioning flights, and activities. The ongoing uncertainty created unnecessary stress and additional cost.

Eventually, just one week before departure, I had to personally escalate the matter through the BA Gold Guest List line and effectively beg an agent there to resolve it, which they did.

The founder, Daniel, did engage at times and apologised for the service levels, but ultimately the issue still wasn’t resolved by Propeller. In the end, I had to fix it myself.

For context, I am a very regular traveller, I completed more than 100 flights last year, so I am well used to managing bookings, changes and disruptions. I understand complexity and I understand when things go wrong. What I cannot accept is a prolonged lack of communication and failure to deliver on something so basic.

I will not be using Propeller Travel again and would strongly urge others to proceed with caution.

Daniel has been great. So good infact we have booked a second rtw in the space of 2 months.

They provided a quick turnaround on the planning for a 12 flight, 4 month trip. Helped us optimize the flights to maximize loyalty points and arranged all the seats to match my preferences. Highly recommend their services irrespective of your location in the world.

Simply cannot fault the service. Incredibly knowledgeable, highly efficient, and friendly. I trust them completely and will be my go-to for complex bookings for the future.

I don't understand anything less than 4 or 5 stars becuase as a long time Frequent Flyer, I can say Propeller and the team stand out for a few reasons - FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, FAST COMMUNICATIONS and lastly pardon the pun, "for going the extra mile" - meaning they find value or benefit in a trip that you were not necessarily expecting - which I think it rather rare. Recommended highly and I will be back many more times yet. Thanks Daniel great work!

I thought I knew a fair bit about booking complicated tickets but Propeller schooled me on what was possible! I ended up with a round the world ticket that delivered me what I needed. Or it would have done, had several flights not been disrupted but again, Propeller was on the ball and got me rebooked so I made it home safely. Highly recommended

Quick, responsive, helpful, and got us a great deal

Wanted to book a particular fare class not available online, and Daniel was able to find it quickly without any issues at all. They went above and beyond as they suggested I could pay in GBP even though it was a US domestic flight. Will definitely use again.
