Complete Scam Company — No Process, No Accountability, No Data Safety
An incapable person at the top, constantly lecturing people about areas where they have absolutely zero knowledge or practical understanding.
There is no proper work process, no structure, and no consistency. If you actually try to introduce a process or improve things, you will be punished for it.
The CEO's behaviour and decision-making are completely irrational and, in my experience, mentally unstable. Then there is his “pet person” in India who calls himself the CTO, despite operating more like a contractor than an actual CTO or engineering leader. Yet this person gets to play with people's careers — hiring and firing with little accountability.
What concerns me even more is the way user data and sensitive information are handled. When the people making technical and operational decisions don't appear to understand basic processes, controls, or accountability, trusting them with user data becomes a serious concern. From what I experienced, there was far too much casual handling of important information and far too little confidence that proper data-safety practices were actually being followed. For a technology company handling user data, that is a massive red flag.
People's careers and livelihoods are treated like a game. And when it comes to payments, completed work can still result in payments being held or delayed.
From my experience, this is a complete scam of a company — poor management, incompetent leadership, no proper process, arbitrary decisions, questionable payment practices, and serious concerns around user-data safety.
