Huge thanks to Tom and his crew for helping us move into our new house.

They worked so hard all day, starting at 8am and not finishing until around 7pm, in 30-degree heat as well. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, even with the long day and the heat.

They took apart and rebuilt furniture for us, kept us updated with what they were doing, and made the whole move feel a lot less stressful than it could have been.

They were also cheaper than other quotes we had, but you definitely wouldn’t know it from the service. Really good value and a proper professional job.

Tom also deserves a special mention for somehow managing to squeeze our washing machine into a very tight space with some questionable but effective hip movement 🤣 and Harry deserves extra credit for doing all of this on his birthday!

Really nice guys, hardworking, careful, and easy to deal with. We’d happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Tom impressed me from the start. From the moment he turned up to do the quote through negotiations on services you could offer and not once did we have to have a difficult conversation about what was agreed and what wasn’t because it was really clear from the start. For a Price perspective they were far from the cheapest but however this is a premium service where the customer is very well looked after and no stage. Did I feel concerned about anything that was happening. I was really glad I paid for the expertise when we moved into my new property and it was literally about 2 mm of space to allow my sofa into the property. This is where Tom 16 years of experiencing removal comes In and with his very keen employee Harry, he was also amazing they got it up the stairs with no hassle at all and no damage to the property.

Nothing was too much hassle for them and everything was done with a smile even when it started to rain.

I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone and For me having ADHD having someone that I could trust was really important as well as them understanding some of my needs as well.

The packing service itself is worth every penny as well.

I would hire these guys again at heartbeat And even though I’m two hours away, I would ask him to quote For my next move.

Such a brilliant service

We hired Tom and the guys to help us move between cities based on a recommendation from a friend. We went for their full packing service and the move. The service was premium! Tom was great at communicating the plans, and was happy to work around our needs, though they were anticipating them before we even had to ask. They all had good humour, doing an excellent job and working hard while being positive with smiles on their faces. Would definitely recommend.

From the very beginning, Tom was fantastic, friendly, down to earth, and really easy to talk to, while still being completely professional. It was clear straight away that he knows his stuff and has a lot of experience. He took the time to come out to the property to assess everything properly and provide a fixed quote, which gave us real peace of mind.

We had originally considered another company, but they charged per item and had strict policies about not taking anything that wasn’t listed, plus reviews mentioned hidden charges. In comparison, ProMove were transparent and flexible, which made the decision easy.

One of the best parts of working with Tom was his suggestion of a phased move, which we hadn’t even heard of before. Instead of trying to do everything in one stressful day, they came a few days beforehand to pack most of our belongings, leaving out essentials. Those items were placed into storage, and then on moving day they packed the remaining essentials and moved everything into the new house. This approach worked brilliantly, we were even able to keep using our chest freezer, which made a huge difference.

Because we moved on a Friday, we had the weekend to start unpacking the essentials, and then the rest of our items were delivered from storage on the Monday. It made the whole process feel far less overwhelming and much more manageable.

Tom, Harry and Junior were fantastic throughout, friendly, chatty, and clearly very hardworking. They were also brilliant with our dog, which made a potentially stressful day feel much calmer and more relaxed.

The team handled everything with great care and respect, and we had a lot of belongings after 9 years in a 3-bedroom house, including a home salon in the garage. They worked incredibly efficiently, packing everything securely and dismantling and reassembling furniture quickly without any damage.

Overall, the whole experience was smooth, well-organised, and far less stressful than we expected. The phased move approach made a huge difference, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ProMove to anyone.

Using Pro Move you're not simply just a number but rather the service from Tom and the team is personalised. As a 78 year old moving house seemed daunting. Pro Move have moved us from Gloucestershire to Kent this week and they’ve been utterly brilliant. I would highly recommend Pro Move. Professional, hard working, diligent and communicable, nothing was to much trouble for Tom and Harry. They took the stress out of our 130 mile move and delivered everything perfectly. Other removal companies I have used in the past don't even come close to the level of service of Pro Move, and I would definitely used them again.

Incredible team. There aren't enough words to describe how excellent Tom and Harry were. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our belongings were moved with great care and they anticipated every need. Not only do I recommend them but I wouldn't dream of using any other removal firm in the future.

We had the lovely guys from Promove to help us move, and they were nothing less than exceptional! The communication before the big day was great and on the day they went above and beyond not only to help us move but to Keep us calm and reassured as they knew we were fairly anxious by our situation. I couldn't fault a single aspect of their job as they made 100% sure every box and piece of furniture was handled with the greatest care and was placed exactly where we wanted it. I couldn't recommend them enough!
