Avoid this company - Amateurs Working On Projects & Charged For Their Mistakes
Avoid this company.
We placed a large order for mugs and was told they would take a week and in the meantime 1 physical proof would be sent out.
2 Weeks later No proofs were received I called and was told "Nick" the business owner was on holiday but the images were being processed and all proofs would be ready the following week.
A day later their "new designer" called and was asking for the files already provided and sais she didnt know how to resize them as she had only been using photoshop a week.
The following week the proofs arrived and wow all the printing was off centre or unreadable and had obviously been handled by someone who didnt know what they were doing.
We called "Nick" and was told that he checked the wonkey mugs and through they were ok. Some mugs had unreadable text and rather than call us to work with us to correct this thet saw fit to post to us in that state and charge us for them.
We decided we couldnt work this this company at this point as they have zero skill and zero attention to detail.
They agreed to refund some of the £2700 we had paid but charged nearly £1k for the work the amateur photoshop person did! So we ended up with 50 wonkey mugs which cant be sold.
