The new VoIP number I recently acquired has exceeded my expectations. With crystal-clear voice quality and seamless call connectivity, it has become an essential communication tool for my business. I’ve recently used Project NE for both mobile and also a new landline…the service they provided was first rate…fast and efficient replies to all my questions…they kept me updated at every step of the way until my landline was installed.

I live in an area where mobile connectivity is atrocious, Michael quickly found the network that suited us, something the last three suppliers were unable to do. He provided a mobile boaster - and hence not once in the last six weeks since I got my new sim have I lost connectivity, which is brilliant as we have never had this in all the time we have lived here.

The service they provide is first rate and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any business looking to have their telecoms reviewed…plus I’m sure they will save you money on your existing supplier.

Project Business solutions provide our office broadband and also our telephone lines. Our broadband with our previous supplier was very unreliable to say the least, as a business who relies heavily on the internet this was frustrating. Since our switch over we have had no problems whatsoever and a much quicker connection. The customer service received is also second to none and a very personal service not a call centre. Well done PBS. It's 5 stars from us.

The overall customer service is absolutely first class...they look after you and make sure you have the correct system...even if that means they don't make as much money...you will get the system that saves you money and increases your efficiency as a business.
