Bought a Strut bar for my 2023 Crosstrek limited and they sent the wrong one. They realized the issues and offered a refund once I shipped the item back (they supplied the return label) I’d definitely order from them again all because of how they handle issues. Great company!

Had a front lip from eBay back in 2020…
Had a front lip from eBay back in 2020 for a year I loved it and it finally got to messy after a lot of scratch from being lower I order a another one but it unfortunately didn’t fit but not from this sellers then I sold that one got some cash back and took a risk to order this one again and it came after 2 days QUICK and painted great black and fit like a charm and I was really about to use my drill and the hardware included and have it installed in 5 mins and it looks amazing like I remember it I love it

I am sorry to hear that you some issues. To note, this review is being made about a year after your initial contact with us. Reviewing the notes and emails, this was due to a possible warranty issue with the parts. Though we are a dealer for the parts, we are not set to service any parts. As such, warranties for most parts are filed directly with the manufacturer. This is requirement for most manufacturers as well. This both ensures that people very familiar with the parts are looking into the matter and proper troubleshooting procedures are done. When you emailed in, we did explain this and provided you with their contact info and the necessary proof of purchase as well. If there was an issue, the manufacturer will certainly help resolve the issue and contact us if they require any additional info from us. I hope that the manufacturer was able to help and the issue was resolved. Please let us know if you have any other questions or comments.
