I received multiple faulty tabletops but they were promptly replaced and I finally ended up with a good one. I had no trouble getting replacements so I am thankful for that and the CSRs were very kind.

Desk lift works great. Purchased first through amazon. Liked it so much I proceeded with a second purchase direct from Progressive. Small issue with levelling feet on second purchase. Was resolved immediately. Great experience all around. Love the end product with my home built tabletops.

Simple and sturdy standing desk frames. Simple to put together. Quick delivery considering I live across the country, great prices, compared to other retailers.

Ordering the desk and tracking the shipments was easy. The choice of options to configure the desk was simple from the website and within minutes I had my order placed. When partial delivery of the components happened, the team at Progressive Desk responded quickly with assistance and followed up to make sure everything arrived.

Building the Corner Ryzer was easy enough by following the instructions. Doing it all on my own meant a little wrestling with heavy table tops but no problems at all.

Set up and calibration took about 2 minutes once the build was complete.

I'm loving my desk. And I will happily recommend the product and the company to anyone looking for a standing desk!

This is my first standing desk. I wish there were more accessories option available from cable management to mounting UPS (weight 25lbs+) underneath the desk. Overall, it is good purchase.

Seems well made. In particular I appreciated the careful design of the assembly instructions.

I ordered the grey sit/stand desk frame to go with a custom cut tabletop I had purchased elsewhere. I installed it myself and found the instructions simple and easy to understand. The frame is sturdy with dual motors and is quick and quiet when lifting my 4 x 27" monitors. Delivery took about a week to reach Montreal. The only problem is that I received a black frame instead of the grey that I had ordered but an email to their customer service team and they quickly compensated me for the error and I love the look of the black frame anyway! I totally recommend this company and their products to everyone looking to buy a sit/stand desk. It's amazing quality and excellent customer service.

Desk arrived on time, was relatively easy to assemble (I am a senior), and works just fine. Very well designed and sturdy.

I just wished the printed instructions were more straightforward for the corner desk. Fortunately there was a video. But still isn't so easy to assemble with larger desks.

Great desk! It is very well built, and I love it! The package came with everything needed for a proper, clean set-up :)

The desk is exactly as advertised. The service was automated and the delivery prompt. One slight negative. I purchased an add on; the secure drawer. It does not appears to be easy to install nor particularly secure to the desk and as such I still have not installed it.

Best desk for the dollar, hands down. Shipping included? Sign me up.

Used an existing desktop and it was wonderfully easy to put together.

Product was good for the price, wouldn't recommend company to others if there are issues.
Customer service is lacking, did not give a price match for their sale price despite it only been 2 weeks after purchase and I found the response passive aggressive. Other companies and even Etsy sellers did not give this kind of experience. Feels like they're hiding behind the high return shipping price for small issues.

Still, happy with the desk itself.

Good desk. I would love a (more expensive) option for a solid wood topper but otherwise am very happy with my purchase

Product is amazing and great. Love it, never felt better working then being able to spend close to half the time i'm at the computer standing and not just sitting all day.

The product was even assured for up to 5000$ by the delivery company when it was worth less but still above a grand.

Only bad point was on the delivery and wasn't fault of the delivery company.
The Delivery on a 2000$ desk didn't have the required sign-off to drop the delivery so it was left outside my door without knowing it was delivered.
For anything above 200-300$, it should be automatic to not have the delivery done except if told so to not require a signature for drop off. This was to be requested when the shipping label was created which means it wasn't something i could change or ask myself to get since i wasn't the one making the request to make the shipping label for the desk

Love the desk and the fact they are Canadian, however, I bought the corner ryzer desk that had the option to create 90 x 48 desk and the instructions were limited here. Had to trial and error to get it right. If there were labels or better instructions on how to configure the desk in this way, it would have taken less time.
