Stay away!
If I could award 0 star rating I would. All the items shown in the demonstration don't work and the work is there is no security for patient's testing, notes, referrals and so forth.
Unable to customize statements, notes and so forth due to spelling errors.
If you want to spent an enormous amount of time trying to make areas needed desperately for patient care then this is the emr for you!
Also, all of the supervisors aren't there for client support and follow through.

I have utilized PrognoCIS for a subspecialty orthopedic practice for over three years. Having used similar EMRs the past, PrognoCIS has similar functionality to all with the convenience of a cloud based system and is competitively priced. The implementation team was extremely helpful, particularly for a small private practice. They have always been timely with responses to support questions and implementation concerns.

PrognoCIS is very customer friendly. The customer care staff are very
courteous and always willing to assist. I would always recommend PrognoCIS to any business organisation.

Prognocis insurance billing is suburb, the EHR is better for primary doctor's that for Ophthalmologists. The system works faithfully but there are enhancements that would make it outstanding for Ophthalmology if implemented.

Okay system to use. No dermatology focus. A lot of features such as pictures, diagram are not functional. Not good with update their features as well as notify user if any changes.

I've been working with PrognoCIS for a year and couldn't be more satisfied with a medical software. It's easy to use, has all the bells and whistles, and the support staff are excellent!

We have used PrognoCIS EMR and billing module since opening our center in 2011. The PrognoCIS team customized our system so it suits our needs perfectly. The IT support team is exceptional. If the issue or question cannot be resolved during the call, the IT team always returns your call in a timely manner. Having the billing module integrated with the EMR is a huge time saver. Reporting capabilities are very good. Just overall very happy with the product and the service. Recommend without hesitation.

I have used three EHR systems, Epic, Allscripts and PrognoCIS. I only had limited use with Epic in my hospital but it was very cumbersome. My first EHR system was AllscripyPto which I used for over three years. It was horrible, there were so many times I could not finish even one chart due to their extremely slow performance at times (and going completely off line at many times). I then switched to PrognoCIS after reviewing over ten EHR systems. I feel it is the best of all the EHR systems. It is a little antiquated in software presentation however many of the other EHR systems are as well. The performance is consistently good and even when it slows it is still very usable. The interface is easy to use and very customizable. PrognoCIS support is based in India and they are extremely quick to reply to cases I log and usually get me an answer Or resolve my issues in one or two days. I highly recommend the system.

Bizmatics is very prompt in getting back to me with regards to my questions and changes. I very much appreciate the ease of doing zoom meetings to go straight to the area in question in the EMR. The only thing for me is the EMR can do so much. I'm trying to learn more as I go through the days.
