Extremely poor communication. Software is not fit for purpose. Ended up doing more manual repricing that it did auto.

The software was not always doing what I wanted.
And in a way it was difficult to understand what was going on.
But my biggest problem is, that you cannot see what kind of subscription you have and how you can cancel it.
So I ended up paying for a month, although I am not using the software.
In case you want to try it, make sure to cancel the subscription officially. Else they will charge you for a month.

I've been using Profit Protector Pro for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed. It does exactly what it promises, intelligently reprices my listings and has definitely helped boost my sales. The setup was easy, the interface is user-friendly, and I love that I can set different strategies depending on my goals. Highly recommend it to any Amazon seller looking to stay competitive without constantly babysitting prices. Great tool!

Scam of the century!!! Use your own money. You will not be happy with them. Also, notice all of the reviews below, and the idiot did not even send a rebuttal on any of them.

Scam company who are not accepting my right to cancel after a free trial.
They are making things purposely difficult,

not bad but looks like strategies that we choose not working. all working same way

I moved from a different repricer which I had been using for over 3 years to PPP less than a month ago. 1st of July 2021, I decided to use the automated break-even calculator feature and set it up. 2 secs later, I went to the back end to include shipping fee which is by KG or lb. This repricer carried on repricing all my Merchant Fulfilled listings for the next 18+ hours without shipping which led to 100+ orders being sold at less than cost price. Now I am £600+ loss. I am thankful to my intution which caused me to stay awake to observe what was going on and even with me whack-a-moling orders, cancelling all through the night I still lost this much. At a point I had to take my store offline. Now Imagine if I had slept through the night like a regular human being, my store would have been cleared out. I am still in shock and traumatised a day after. I work really hard for every singe GBP I make. I was told I would be contacted by a Manager. No one has contacted me. I have been selling on Amazon for 5 years + and this is very devastating. PPP is certainly not fast! Avoid it. It is all hype and very little substance. I have screenshots and learnt the hard way. I am going back to my tried and tested repricer which I won't mention here.

Profit protector pro is quick for sellers to get started and easy to use. But for the price, the performance did not live up to par. Hype vs Reality are 2 different things when it comes to their AI repricing features. It's also difficult to determine which repricing strategy is ideal to use... there are too many.

Also, if you ever need service or have general questions, I find their service slow.
