I signed up for the Profit Boss Raffall course with high hopes but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The course itself severely lacked quality and depth, the content felt rushed, disorganised and far below what was promised - particularly for £495. There was little genuine support for those who had questions or concerns and any attempt to seek clarity was often met with dismissiveness or poor manners.

A concerning culture developed in the private Discord group where members who raised valid criticisms and concerns were effectively silenced. I was removed simply for agreeing with others who questioned the quality of the course and for pointing out that the situation had been handled poorly. At no point was I rude or unhelpful, in fact, the only clear rule was to "be helpful and not nasty".

Since then, Chris has attempted to retroactively justify these actions by editing live content and claiming there were terms and disclaimers that were never originally provided. It seems the focus is more on selling the course than genuinely supporting those who bought in. Feedback is not welcomed unless it's glowing, which says a lot.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience that I wouldn’t recommend to others. Be wary.

It consisted largely of filler material and offered no insights that couldn’t easily be found for free on Google or YouTube.

Content updates were slow and infrequent, with repeated excuses given for the delays. To make matters worse, while paying customers were left waiting, the creator was actively posting videos related to his other projects—an incredibly frustrating situation.

Customer support in the Discord server was also disappointing. Many genuine questions were met with dismissive replies like “Go back and watch the video,” which felt unhelpful and unprofessional, especially given the course’s high price point. Additionally, it was discovered that user details were being used in promotional content without their consent.

Pressure selling tactics were used to get me to enroll which is not fair also.

While I believe the course may have started with good intentions, the way it has been managed has been deeply disappointing. It's unfortunate that it ended this way.

I’ve thought long and hard about leaving this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I signed up for the Raffall course run by Profit Boss on the final day before “membership closed for six months.” Chris delivered an excellent sales pitch that created real urgency, making it seem like I’d be missing out on vital insights into a process I had already started on my own. Against my better judgment, I paid the very high fee to join.

It soon became clear that the deadline wasn’t a real cut-off — new members were added after the supposedly final date.

I watched the first few lessons and was immediately underwhelmed. They were short, very basic, and offered little to no information that couldn’t be found on the Raffall website or free Canva tutorials on YouTube. While Chris promised the content would become more advanced over time, this never really happened. The lessons continued to feel rushed and lacking in depth, and the gaps between new content releases grew longer, often with vague excuses about Chris being “too busy.”

One of the main selling points of the course was lifetime access to a private Discord group for support. Initially, this seemed promising. But over time, Chris’s attitude in the group changed — he became impatient and dismissive, frequently directing people back to vague video references rather than offering help. This was particularly frustrating given that the course likely brought in close to £20,000 in revenue.

Eventually, a group of us — dissatisfied with the experience — put together a polite, structured letter asking for a refund. This was rejected immediately, and further discussion of refunds was banned from the group. Soon after, several members (including some of the most active and helpful) were removed from the Discord entirely. One person was kicked out simply for saying Chris could have handled the situation better.

Ironically, their removal left the group with even less value than before.

Frankly, even if I had paid £50 for this course, I would still feel short-changed. At £495, it’s not just disappointing — it feels exploitative.

I strongly advise others to avoid Profit Boss and be wary of similar sales tactics.

I'm here to spill the beans, me hearties, 'bout the Profit Boss Raffall Course, for which I forked over a hefty £495 of my hard-earned doubloons. My journey with this course was naught but a stormy one, filled with amateur content, terrible support, and what felt like a right deceptive load of scurvy tricks.

The content quality was a true disappointment, matey, incredibly amateurish for the treasure I paid. It offered little value, like a map to nowhere. Support was scarcer than a mermaid's tear; any questions were met with glares, as if we were a burden, creating an unhelpful environment, like being adrift without a compass.

A particularly foul deed was the misuse of personal data. It became clear that folks' private details and their hard-won loot were used without permission for marketing, often misrepresented to make the course seem like a treasure trove. When confronted with our dissatisfaction, the scallywag behind this course kicked people out of the forum instead of listening to a bit of honest critique. No quarter given, just pure tyranny!

What's more, there's been retrospective editing of the course charts and marketing scrolls, trying to trick us into believing "bonus content" or disclaimers were always there. This revisionist history feels like an attempt to cover his tracks and bamboozle us.

My experience leads me to believe this fellow is a true conman, a proper blackguard of the high seas. Promises of content updates were always met with excuses, never a sight of them. The grand tale of a new page, supposedly raking in £20,000 a month, remains an unfulfilled promise, always met with more excuses – all talk and no treasure chest!

In conclusion, I strongly advise any landlubber to steer clear of the Profit Boss Raffall Course. The high price doesn't match the quality or the support. Practices like stealing our data, silencing our voices, and failing to deliver on promises show a rogue who prioritises his own plunder over the honest gains of his crew. Save your booty and seek proper training elsewhere, or you'll be walking the plank!

I really didn't want to have to write this review but feel like Chris (aka Profit Boss) has left me with no option. I tried to find a solution with him but instead he responded with personal insults, excuses and censorship.

Like others I purchased his Raffall raffle course in good faith having seen it advertised on Facebook. I already knew a lot about the platform having researched it for some time but Chris's apparent success got my attention. I wasn't sure whether to join but decided 10 minutes before the June deadline to join as I didn't want to miss out until November. Within minutes of access I realised I had made a massive mistake and that the content was very limited and not what was described. As it was a new course I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and looked forward to extra content being added. After a few days of using the discord I asked about a timeline for when lessons would be posted but Chris avoided giving an exact answer. This was a common theme throughout my time on the discord. Deflection, broken promises and excuses whenever support or additional content was requested.

I could write many paragraphs about the quality of the content (terrible) or the lesson upload schedule (pathetic) but the main things that concerned me were the marketing practices that I realised I had fallen victim to.

1. Despite a well publicised deadline for joining I soon found out that he had been backdooring additional members into the course well after the deadline had passed. When I questioned Chris about this he gaslit me and twice denied it before eventually admitting it when pressed further. The practice was very clearly pressure selling (mixed with greed) and a complaint to the ASA will be made in due course.

2. In marketing material sent to new 'victims' Chris misrepresented the results of a discord member. This was done without their permission and the caveats they attached were ignored before sent to his mailing list. Their results were made to look like they were in profit when they very clearly weren't. At the time of writing only a single member out of 40+ course members is in profit, the rest have either given up or suffered large losses. Not once has Chris asked members how they are doing and posts about losses have been largely ignored. It's clear that Chris planned to use the discord as a source for marketing material and when the results weren't there he willingly misrepresented the only results he had available. I now wonder which other results have been misrepresented along the way to attract me and others to the course?

After approaching Chris on Discord with the above complaints he banned all talk of refunds so no further public discourse was possible. He has since removed me from the discord, deleted all posts regarding the matter and started editing course and Youtube content to hide his actions.

I feel embarrassed that I duped by his methods and i’m posting this to stop others becoming a victim.

EDIT: This matter was taken to court, and the judgment made was to refund the course fee and additional fees under the Consumer Contract Regulations 37-2. Supplier of digital content must serve the consumer an acknowledgement to lose their cancellation rights and the consumer must waive their rights prior to accessing the media. Profit Boss had argued that the request for a refund falls outside the 14 day cancellation period but had no idea about explicit acknowledgement and consent, further highlighting the amateur nature of the offering.

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service purchased from Profit Boss. The course was marketed with the promise of providing the content and coaching necessary to generate £20,000 a month, a claim that has proven to be grossly misleading given the reality of the program.

From the outset, the quality of the education provided was severely lacking. It quickly became apparent that the strategies taught were superficial and disconnected from the practical realities faced by most participants. A significant flaw was the instructor's failure to acknowledge that his substantial profits, which he used as a benchmark, were heavily supported by his established status as a content creator. This crucial oversight meant the strategies he shared were detached from the reality of most participants, who lacked such a foundational presence, rendering much of the advice impractical and unattainable for those of us not in a position to achieve such recognition easily. The coaching, far from being tailored or insightful, felt generic and failed to address the genuine struggles and questions of the members.

Beyond the inadequate educational content, my experience was further soured by highly unprofessional and unethical conduct. My income details were shared by Profit Boss for marketing purposes without my consent, a blatant breach of privacy that is completely unacceptable. This act alone demonstrated a severe lack of respect for his clients' confidentiality.

The final straw, however, was witnessing the instructor's behaviour towards another member who was expressing legitimate dissatisfaction. In moments of frustration, Profit Boss used really negative language towards the members, which is not only deeply offensive but also completely inexcusable in any professional or educational setting. This incident revealed a shocking lack of professionalism and a hostile environment that no paying customer should ever have to endure.

I saw this morning that Profit Boss has modified his website so that some of his lessons appear as "Bonus Lessons" after people raised a dispute about the original content.

In summary, the service from Profit Boss failed to deliver on its core promises of quality education and coaching. The program's content was ill suited for its audience, and the instructor's conduct, including privacy violations and the use of negative and aggressive language, was utterly disgraceful. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere.

In my opinion the man is a charlatan. He is only interested in taking people’s money and not in his customers. I paid for a so called “course” with him, only to find he is too busy with holidays and other ventures to deliver what he promised. His so called course consisted of 135 minutes of amateurish videos in 3 months. Questions were greeted with rude or terse replies. He does not support his members. When a number of us raised our complaints he removed us from the forum. He makes up Terms and Conditions, which he failed to write at the outset, on the fly. Since posting this review he has attempted to add T & Cs to posts that did not have them at the start. Do not trust this man with your money.
It has come to my attention that Profit Boss is now posting on social media that he believes we we have left these negative comments because we don’t want other people to join RAFFALL. This is simply not true, indeed many of us have helped other people to set up their own Raffall pages. The difference being we haven’t tried to profit off other people or give them bad advice in order not to be competition. The truth is that we only started making profit after we ignored his bad advice. At the time of asking for a refund all but one of us were making a loss, this after three months of being with Profit Boss. This, and all his other misrepresentations including breach of GDPR and ASA rules will come out in Court in the coming months.

I called three times to cancel an order. Every customer service person was rude! Two hung up on me, one gave me the ultimate attitude and the last one was reluctant to cancel. This company is the ABSOLUTE worst and feel bad for any company using them!!! I still don't know if my order was canceled! UNREAL!

For the 4 days of Cheltenham, I have been following Chris. For 6 hours everyday he has been chatting away and sharing his screen, whilst he placed live each way bets, laying them off at the exchange to win the extra places offered by the bookies.
