Really good workmanship and finish on our house. Got our house insulated and rendered. Left with a clean finish and colour choice to our liking. The whole process was smooth and easy. Would highly recomend! Thanks to Rebecca and Pro team for giving this grant

Just received a cold call from this company without having applied for any "Grant" or government backed initiative.
They weren't able to tell me where they got my details from except the "database" I asked where the database got its information because I didn't believe they had obtained my personal data legitimately and not only weren't able to say they just ignored my question and reiterated that i needed i answer some questions. Be very skeptical about a company that has only five star reviews that all sound very similar. If all of the reviews include people at the company by name " Gary did a great job!" Is it usually fraudulent reviews, this is a prolific problem on trust pilot where people are paid to leave fake positive reviews so that individuals think that a company is trustworthy at first glance. Also keep an eye on if the reviewers have left more than one review or if this is their first review. Most of the positive reviews on this account are from individuals that have just commented once. Nothing about the interaction with them has led me to believe that they are a legitimate company.

We applied for the warmer homes grant as our boiler stopped working and we were struggling with no heat and hot water for almost a month. Pro energy supplied engineers to install a new boiler and the radiators as part of this scheme. I cannot thank Mr Abrar enough. He worked hard to chase up the paperwork for us because he knew our situation. The engineers were booked immediately as soon as the paperwork was completed and came to install window ventilators, loft insulation and the boiler and radiators. All of this was done within 3/4 weeks. The engineers who came to our house were really friendly, kind, helpful and worked really hard despite the cold weather conditions. They never complained and did such a good job and even cleaned up after themselves in places were there was a mess. Thank you so much to the whole team and especially to Mr Abrar for always communicating with us and for replying whenever we needed you. My family are so so grateful to you all because we now have a warm home with a working boiler and good radiators. Thank you so much!

Gary and his team from Pro were real stars. This was the very first I used Pro and was very impressed. They have amazing engineers who are very professional, kind and efficient. Pro installed a new boiler for us. The quality of their work is amazing. They fixed all the installation flaws in the previous boiler including the waste pipes which were a source of troubles. On top of that, their engineers are very friendly. They explained patiently the manuals, and how we should work with the new boiler and smart control .Totally recommend

Do not use proenergy they do not do a good job nor are there bollards good quality. The company also does not honor their 5 year warranty.
