I adquired a W10 Home Retail license and worked fine. I paid using Paypal and the time response was very fast.
Edit: Thw weekend next to the adquisition I received the email transcripted below:

Transaction was great. It felt a little sketchy with the way the transaction processed and everything, and how low the price was on the item I purchased, but it went through and everything worked.
