I would like to recognise David Stoica and Claudiu C for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly professional, patient, friendly, and courteous throughout the delivery. They handled everything with great care, kept me informed, and made the whole experience stress-free.

They are a real credit to the company, and I genuinely hope their excellent customer service is recognised. Every company would benefit from having more employees like David and Claudiu.

Excellent service from Big Reecey and Bradley C today. They delivered and installed my washing machine on an extremely hot day, and I live on the second floor of an old building with very steep and narrow stairs. It was clearly a challenging job, but they handled it professionally, efficiently, and with a great attitude throughout.

I really appreciate the effort, strength, and care they put into getting everything upstairs and installed perfectly. They were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond. A real credit to Product Care Group. Thank you both for your hard work!

Ragland David were brilliant for me today when delivering my fridge, originally the fridge didn’t fit but they powered through the challenge and a job complete shout out to them.

Connor came to install our Miele dishwasher on Monday the 22nd of June. He arrived promptly within the stated time slot. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He did the dishwasher installation easily with no problems and cleaned up after himself and took the old dishwasher away.
Really excellent service. Well done 👏👏

Ryan Hill and Ethan Morris were amazing this morning delivering my new washing machine. Called me to let me know how far away they were to set my expectations and making sure I was happy the machine was ok and everything in order, even put it in the right area/location for this to be easily connected up.

Great service from start to finish. I was given a time for the delivery and it was delivered at that time. Callum and his colleague was very professional and polite. They unpacked the dryer and removed all the packaging. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.

Product Care is a scam. I ordered a fridge in the middle of May. Product care have given me three delivery dates so far. Each time the day comes and goes. No sign of my order. Delivery is marked as failed on the app. Each time I have to reach out to them for an explanation. Each time "it wasn't loaded onto the van" - "I don't know why it's the warehouses fault". No ownership of the issue. No explanation why. Clearly a fault in their process given it's happened _three_ times.

Will seek a refund from the original seller.

Productcare's trustpilot scores states that they respond quickly to all negative reviews but thats just to post the same useless stock message to each review. I'm not sure that they even read them first. It's probably some kind of bot (which I would imagine is against Trustpilot T&Cs). They will probably reply to this saying .....

Ive been waiting for a fridge delivery for over a week. We are a family of 7 as we take care of elderly poorly parents.

We are in a heat wave with no fridge. We were told that our delivery window was 7am to 7pm. I missed two calls this morning but looked out the window at 7.14am. I could see the white delivery van on our driveway. I immediately called the driver to apologise for not answering and would he please turn around and deliver our fridge/freezer. He refused and said he had knocked on the door ( not my door) the neighbours door. I politely asked please please turn around. He point blank refused and said he won't as the delivery was declined. Where is the customer care and kindness? A little leeway as it was very early and we are using cooler boxes to keep fridge items cold. We now have to wait another whole week. Treat others how you would like to be treated. Another hard week ahead.
