Proclearance undertook a comprehensive overhaul of our property. They encountered significant issues which we were fully appraised of. All of the issues were resolved in an efficient manner.
Proclearance cleared the property and disposed of all the contents in an appropriate manner. They repaired and redecorated all the rooms as well as organising a new carpet throughout. Both front and rear gardens were cleared and bins emptied. Kay was in daily contact to provide daily updates with pictures. The comprehensive service was just what we needed to restore the property ready to be rented out.
