Fridge arrived in good condition however here are some issues that I faced.

1. Called multiple times after ordering from website to confirm when delivery will happen and within the span of 3 days the phone was answered once.

2. I confirmed with a staff member if the old fridge will be removed, they said its included in the price. Upon delivery of the new fridge, they left it downstairs and we had to take it up ourselves and additionally the old fridge was not removed as agreed. This was a very important point for me.

Hence we will give only 2 starts.

I am very disappointed with their after-sales service.

I bought an electric juicer and contacted them immediately because the item arrived with two missing parts. Since this was supposed to be a brand-new product and the delivery was to Gozo, I expected them to check that all parts were included before shipping it.

I contacted them as soon as I received the item, and they admitted that the missing parts were due to a mistake on their side. However, after numerous phone calls, during which they repeatedly promised to send a replacement and assured me that the driver would arrive "tomorrow," nobody ever showed up.

Perhaps they also need to fix their driver's GPS.

I will never buy anything from them again, not even if they were giving items away for free.

The order processed & delivered in 2 days only issue was that the website still stated processing order but was obviously out for delivery & I was out due to the incorrect information on their site. However the driver waited the 20 minutes for me to get home so absolutely no complaints for him

Extremely low-quality sofa.
I tried to return it (within the first week of delivery), and they avoided collecting it at all costs. Meaning, they do not fulfill their own return policies. We battled for over two months for the sofa collection, and they were always "busy with other deliveries" and couldn't send the courier. I do not recommend the shop and will never purchase anything from them again.

I honestly don’t believe the people saying they never received a refund or didn’t get help from ProChimps. I’ve bought many small appliances from them and have always had a good experience. The staff are extremely friendly, and when I once received a faulty device, they replaced it immediately without asking any questions.

They mainly sell budget friendly products, so expecting premium top tier performance at that price point is unrealistic, and they are very transparent about it. In many cases, people don’t even try to find a solution and prefer to complain instead.

Appliance was delivered as scheduled though there was a major storm - Harry - in process and it was carried up 1 storey to my home as requested. Excellent service provided.

Good hair trimmer , but once the attachments are attached unfortunetly the blades gets stuck and wont trim.

Not delivered nor refunded.
I bought a hausberg mop, paid 36+ euros to be delivered to Gozo and was never received, nor refunded.
I called many times and told yes yes ok tomorrow and being clowns in a circus!!!!
Not trusted at all, shame on you.

High quality of product, efficient and fast delivery service.

I bought a Hausberg air fryer from here in December 2024 and didn't use it for a week. By that time, its display was broken and sent for repair. So far, I have not received it. I have called many times and sent messages on WhatsApp. There is no reply. No response, no responsibility, no sincerity nothing. Customer service is a joke here

I’m unhappy with my order. The delivery took longer than expected, and even after following up, it still took a lot of time. I still have pending items, and I also requested a refund, but it’s still pending with no updates or news. Very disappointing experience. I will not order again from Prochimps.
