We’ve used Professional Carpets for many years now and they are always our go to when changing our carpets. Paul is really helpful and always happy to make suggestions. The carpets are really good quality and reasonably priced. The fitters have always been on time and do a great job. Never had reason to complain. Would definitely recommend Professional Carpets.

Paul at Professional carpets is always helpful and knowledgeable. Professional carpets offer superb carpets and flooring at best prices and the fitting is great. Don’t go elsewhere- can’t recommend highly enough. I have used Professional carpets on numerous occasions and always received a first class service

Superb service from start to finish paul and team great

Brilliant…both Paul and the carpet fitters. A simple and quick process from start to finish and I’m very happy with my new carpet.

Paul has been incredibly helpful assisting us in getting the best quality carpet at a good price. He’s visited us three times to help us decide what we really want.
The carpet fitters were great and did a very professional job.
The house looks great with the new carpet. Thank you!

It's in the title so happy from the word go Paul always answers the phone if he can't he will ring straight back. Excellent service from the start my carpet is beautiful. My vinyl is the tops, the carpet fitter Steve went above and beyond to help clean worker. Works very hard we couldn't thank this company enough x happy customers x

Professional Carpets have fitted carpets in our offices. The building was being redecorated and the builder preferred to have the old dusty carpets removed before the redecoration. The new carpets were fitted after the redecoration work some time later with a third area subsequently delayed. Paul was very helpful and accommodated these delays.

Like many Paul was recommended to us and he was very patient and professional. Had to delay carpet fitting due to delay on new sofa arriving but this was no problem
Fitter Perry was excellent and very chatty

Excellent service from Paul, prompt response by phone and quick delivery and fitting

Was recommended to Paul through member of family who had used him previously.

Very knowledgeable guy with a non pushy approach which I appreciate a lot.

Paul was able to fit us in literally 2 days after he visited our home, unheard of with mainstream carpet companies.

We also got an amazing deal with carpet/underlay and fitting.

All in all can’t recommend Paul and his team enough. Great service, will definitely use again.

We had two bedrooms, stairs and landing area carpeted by Professional Carpets and are delighted with the result. Professional Carpets were competitively priced, easily contactable and showed us a good range of carpet samples that we were interested in. The fitter took great care in laying the carpets and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them.

The guys were great...friendly and did a great job. Thankyou

Professional carpets (Paul) is an excellent company. Great choice of flooring and good prices.
I have been using this company for over 15 years and am really pleased . Fitters are great and supply and installation seamless.
I wouldn’t use any other company.

We recently had a carpet fitted in our study by Professional Carpets, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Paul was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had the right setup for our underfloor heating, which gave us great peace of mind.

The fitter did an amazing job—the carpet looks perfect, and they left the place clean and tidy after installation. Couldn't have asked for a better service!

We will definitely use Professional Carpets again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't even think of using any other company than Professional Carpets. Great service and brilliant results! Thank you 😊

We have used Professional Carpets for years either in our main home or our rental properties. We’ve never had a bad experience. Paul is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helps you choose your carpet. The teams who fit are always very professional. Yesterday the replaced our lounge/diner stairs and landing carpet. As always looks great and would recommend.

This is the second time I have used Paul and am very satisfied with carpet and service. The carpet I selected was a bit more expensive but Paul offered me a cheaper carpet. But I liked the thickness of the more expensive so I decided to go with this carpet. Very happy, fitter lovely man and very tidy. No complaints. My daughter has also used Paul three times and no complaints. Highly recommend.

Very good price, carpet has 12 year guarantee. Got the order in and the fitters were here in a few weeks. Fitters were great, very friendly and got on with the job and didn’t stop till it was finished. All the rubbish was picked up. Excellent company to fit your carpets. Will definitely use again when we get the last room done.

Great service from Paul, love the flooring and will be using again for another room

Have dealt with Paul many times over the years. My neighbour recommended him and glad she did. As always very accommodating and professional. I have recommended many time to friends who have used the company.
