Excellent service from start to finish. We recently had roofing and building work completed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team were professional, reliable and kept us informed throughout the job. The workmanship was completed to a very high standard, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again for any future work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They left my family homeless for 8 months and caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to our house in the process, leaving us in considerable debt. None of the company addresses they advertise, even the one stated on Company's House website, relate to the business or owner, making it challenging to bring legal proceedings. They are currently under investigation by Trading Standards due to numerous complaints. I had to get the Police involved at one stage. Still chasing them through the courts now.

We paid this company £2550 to render the back wall of our house, the next morning 2 pieces if rendering had fallen off and bits fell off around the windowsills too. We were in contact with the company and they said they would repair it under the 25 year guarantee in the new year when the weather improved. We've had nothing but empty promises from them saying they will call and give us a date for the work but nothing happened. We have loads of emails whatsapps telephone calls and text messages as evidence of this and now they have stopped all contact , we have reported them to Trading Standards and have been in touch with Consumer Advice, The company have ignored all letters sent requesting repairs under the guarantee and we have now raised a Civil Action against them with the Sherriff Court , They are not registered with the Ombudsman or Companies house and have refused to even go through Alternative Disputes Resolution with Consumer Advice. They are still actively trading and have photos of work going on all over Facebook, Yes they will do a job but if theres a problem they will not fix it, shocking customer service and given the runaround by them for months, please read reviews on all sites before using this company.

Not who they claimed to be. Work started out well and communication was good at the start but as soon as they hit a problem they couldn't wait to get off site and attend to a different more lucrative job. Communication became non-existent and when I complained one of the senior staff swore at me and slammed the phone down. Overall, rude, unreasonable and whatever the opposite of a can-do attitude is. Do NOT use this company

This is how people get seriously injured or killed 😢 !!! disgusting behaviour from a PROBUILD CONTRACTS employee !!!

Probuild was booked to repair some storm-damaged rendering.
Step 2 of the quote provided by Probuild Contracts Ltd was “Strip all render to back elevation of balcony/patio wall”. This was clearly not done before the workman slapped on the new render. Not only does the wall look worse than before the "repair", but the whole building now looks like it is suffering from subsidence.
After making a complaint to Probuild Contracts Ltd, Lee inspected the wall and said he was "satisfied with the quality of their work." If this is considered satisfactory then he must have very low standards. After getting nowhere with Probuild Contracts Ltd we decided to take legal action against them. Our solicitor discovered that Probuild already has £13,100 in County Court judgements against them and their net assets are minus £28,406. This meant that even if we won the case we were unlikely to recover any money.
Now we are going to have to spend thousands to fix the mess Probuild Contracts Ltd made.

3 out of 4 repairs had to be redone, still waiting on one of them. Customer service both appalling and infuriating - including an email that was just three question marks - and one of the bits of repair is now in worse condition than when I originally ordered it. No response to three emails about that.

Save your money and your sanity and find someone else. Just terrible.

Now pretending they haven't received the photographs of the repair still needing fixed. They got the emails complaining about it over the last month, but not the attachments so no need to follow up.

That's the standard here folks.

Work delayed twice...told it would take one day, they sent one guy so it took two. They told us after day one they'd call and schedule day two the next day. They didn't, they just showed up a few days later and were lucky someone was in.
After day two, they sent an email demanding payment within 3 days so I paid. Next time it rained, we could hear a drip in the bedroom roof. Work clearly not done competently. They then ignored all calls and emails.
Three weeks later, someone finally came out on a Thursday. Promised to call by end of Monday to arrange someone to come out that week. Two weeks have passed, no contact and complete ignorance.
Terrible work, terrible service and reported to Trading Standards. AVOID

Once again Lee and his team did a great job on our roof. Arrived as promised and completed the job.
