I unfortunately had a very bad experience when i ordered items from the Windhoek Branch in Namibia. I was advised to pay for the items in order for them to place the order. After paying the full amount of the quotation i was notified that the items i paid for was not in stock from their supplier in SA, so i had to take a cheaper item. I requested them to refund me the
remaining credit. i sent emails, i phoned but no feedback was received from them regarding my credit. I still have not heard or received any reply or response from their office.
