This is a fraudulent site. Do not order from them.

I placed an order on the 14th of January for a Pro Blo Brush set and travel bag (£62.07), and I have yet to receive even a basic shipping confirmation. My attempts to contact the company have been a complete disaster; emails to both their accounts team and their primary contact address contactme@ bounced back immediately. This company has effectively vanished with my money.

I am now forced to wait 15 days just to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Based on this experience, it is clear that this business is either a failed dropshipping model or a total scam. Do not be fooled by their polished TikTok presence—they are not a professional company. They take your money, and you will never hear from them again.

I urge everyone to do their research before buying. The owner, Rebecca McCann, has a history of five dissolved companies. She appears to allegedly operate a recurring cycle of opening entities under similar names—Pro Blo Limited, Pro Blo Group Limited, and Blowout Pro Limited—only to allegedly liquidate them when the scam falls apart and start again. One of the previous "Pro Blo" entities is already in liquidation.

I deeply regret not looking into this business sooner. I am now counting down the days until I can legally reclaim my money through my bank. Do not fall for this deceptive trap like I did.

They sent the wrong item. All emails and correspondence up to now has been ignored. Requested a refund which has been ignored. Avoid this company
They use TikTok people to promote their products who obviously get the items free and do not care that this is not a good company

I placed a large order and received everything accept the handle, so I can't use it. It had been so long since I ordered that, fearing maybe I ordered wrong or lost something, I placed a NEW order making sure there would be a handle in this new order. Well, that order never came. I emailed them on June 30th and July 24th for an update, and as of today (November) I still haven't received my order OR a response.

I ordered on the 31st July, saved up for 3 months to buy there £74 set. Its now the 13th August and they still havent SHIPPED my set. Titok have now cancelled the order because they didnt meet the time frame requirements for shipment and delivery. I tried messaging them on tiktok, tiktok tried contact on my behalf and we recieved nothing back. On the other had, influencers on tiktok are still receiving their items on time. absolutely 0 priorities. Will be contacting trading standards and theres something not quite right with this company..... DO BETTER.

Ordered 7 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. We’ve emailed Customer Services, posted on Instagram and Facebook multiple times and we don’t get a reply. I’m assuming the company is in some kind of difficult situation because we’re clearly not the only people who haven’t had their products. However, they delete negative comments on socials and reply to the positive reviews or people asking where they can buy the items. Bunch of con artists!

What a con. No answer to any messages, don't waste your time or money.

Ordered 28th June. Still no delivery no updates from tracking by EVRi. No response via email complaint. Terrible customer service. Website currently inactive

Company is a SCAM - paid for items weeks ago, no further communication - website has got taken down!

Have never recieved my order and they have ignored my 3 emails i have sent them.

DO NOT ORDER!!! My order came and half of my items was missing. Apparently I had a replacement order sent which they’ve never sent. Been ignored on all socials inc email. Having to go through the bank.

AVOID.. must be very desperate for money and decide to steal peoples money by not refunding them. THIEFS. I returned item emailed and shared Royal Mail evidence with pics they took to confirm it’s been returned. Had no refund and no replies to my email re the refund. Save yourself the hassle and stress and don’t buy from here. Definitely not letting this go. I’m getting my money back

I ordered these 2 weeks ago and got an email to say the package was returned to their office but would resend.
I still have not got the package and I have left emails, Instagram message to try and communicate where the package is, and have no response.

I so wanted to love these but sadly they’re useless.

I’ve had them for about a year now and whenever I’m feeling particularly sadistic and like I want to scalp myself, I pull them out to practice.

I’ve tried all sorts of products, wet hair, damp hair, dry hair, hot hair, cold hair, pre straightened hair but the result is always the same… a big frizzy mess.

They get stuck in my hair and I end up screaming as I pull them out it hurts so much.

The adverts genuinely make it looks so easy but it really isn’t.

I love these rollers! I have hair extensions so it usually takes a while to style but with these I find it takes so much quicker. I don’t find them heavy in my hair at all, and gives me amazing volume.

Item never arrived, email hasn’t been responded too, managed to get 1 reply on there instagram account and they said I had refused the order on delivery??? I never even got to dispatch email, I work from home and I know 100% this parcel did not arrive, I even checked my cctv which confirms this. I am still without my order or a refund. I will be going through my bank to get the money back. This company is fraudulent please do not use them.

Ordered a large set for £75 - said it would arrive within a few days. Weeks later my Emails & messages were just ignored. Then after emailing 3x times threatening to cancel the order via the bank I received an email stating it was on a pre order which it said on the website (it did not say this when I purchased them) so waited about a month, and finally it arrived. Great. Or not. These rollers do not sit in the hair properly the clips are useless & they tangle your hair up trying to get them out! Really disappointed & can’t recommend them to others. I’ve watched videos, tried them on my daughters hair but no absolutely useless. Would send back if I could.

Ridiculous customer service, they ignore emails, firstly the item didnt arrive, then it arrived late. I had to return at my expense and now they ignore emails about refunding despite me tracking the return and having delivery photos. Have had to open a resolver complaint
