Since 29/09/2022 I bought a Zipp wheelset…until today the package is “lost”. 5 different service representative’s have gave me different versions of the shipping issue. Terrible customer service, no telephone service to talk. Generic answers and no real resolution to the problem. Will see what resolution they offer…I’ll be back to inform you the outcome.
