Easy,great reception on arrival as usual. they make you feel at ease from start to finish highly recommendable been treated by these professionals for over ten years.

This was the second time I have used Private Ears. I booked an online appointment to see a practitioner regarding a blocked feeling in my right ear. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Kim and she confirmed I had a lot of ear wax causing my issue. The micro-suction treatment worked a treat. Great service. Have booked an annual check up to try and alleviate the recurring blockage.

Excellent friendly professional service. Good explanation of procedures. No pressure to buy hearing aids immediately, given the opportunity for a 2 week trial first.

Very good earwax removing service which improved my hearing. The nurse was very careful throughout and the procedure was not painful at all. The cost is comparable to others as well. This is the 4th time I have used The Private Ear Clinic and will continue to do so.

I booked an appointment and received a friendly welcome from the receptionist who ensured that I was seen almost immediately. The professional consultant clearly explained the procedure for checking my ear canals and the suction process that would be used if necessary. The whole process was quick and painless and my ears are clear as evidenced by the captured photos and the wax removed. I’m not sure why I had put it off for so long.
