Highly recommend. I have used Pritchards a couple of times and they are always great - punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

They were recommended by my neighbour, as I needed my boiler servicing. Whilst having this done he spotted a slow leak from a valve within the boiler (he showed me this valve and from the crustation & muck around it had probabley been leaking for quite a time) On previous boiler services I had done by other plumbers they had not spotted this leak, whereas Pritchards had. This gave me a great deal of confidence in using them and will continue to do so for any future plumbing works. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot speak more highly of them. Very highly recommended

This is the second time I have used Pritchards for an emergency plumbing issue. They are responsive and reliable, having contacted them regarding a leak they arranged a plumber to attend the next day. The original time had to be changed, but I was kept updated, to enable me to make the best of the time, which was appreciated. Polite and friendly staff, diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved - all within 1 hour. I would definitely recommend them and use again.

Jake and his workers carried out a full heating system replacement and also replaced two existing radiators whilst we were away on holiday. They did a brilliant job; left everything in place, clean and tidy. Highly trustworthy and recommended. We are repeat customers. We are always reassured that he will do an amazing job. I highly recommend Pritchards - Jake is very professional and polite and does a great job. He has replaced a toilet part and a bathroom basin part for me recently promptly and efficiently.

Jake has just installed a new boiler. This involved extra plumbing to bring it up to meet the current standard. He ran through exactly what was required and everything was clearly written on the quote. All the work was done so efficiently and everything left immaculately with all the old pipes and boiler removed. We were left with all the paperwork in a folder and he had even done the guarantee registration for us.
I would highly recommend Pritchard a really professional and caring company.

Jake and Jack replaced our faulty boiler and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the work they carried out. They were very efficient and courteous and left everything clean and tidy. At the last minute, we also asked if the thermostat programmer could be changed and Jake went out of his way to get a new one. Really good service, would definitely use them again.

I am very happy to recommend Pritchards.
My problem was a leaking shower which was affecting other parts of the building. All other companies ignored me but Jake responded immediately, diagnosed the probable issue, ordered the relevant part and it was fitted (by Jack) as soon as it arrived. And Jack came back the next working day to make adjustments when it seemed not to be working as expected.
Communication throughout was excellent. Both Jake and Jack were extremely pleasant, courteous and considerate, and everything was left clean and tidy. Jack consulted me and checked my preferences for eg water temperature and nothing was too much trouble.

I was pleased that Jake contacted me without needing follow-ups after another plumber ignored several voicemails last weekend. He arranged for a colleague to diagnose and fix a leak that was seeping into the flat below this Friday. We communicated seamlessly via WhatsApp, and a plumber turned up on time yesterday morning. Working closely with the tenant (the repair was at a flat that we rent out) and the occupants downstairs, sourced the problem (a leaking bath waste) and stopped the water ingress.

I had a leak and the team came out within 2 hours to help, they spoke to the water company on my behalf to explain the problem.
